Hotel has only good views. However
the room was too hot and specifically restroom. We couldn’t adjust the temperature and also the bathtub water didn’t go down and also the towels are too old. The room of the walls has all kind of marks and dirty, needs to be painted. The breakfast food was terrible. The bacon and ham was like plastic and the fruits and food quality was terrible.
They opened for rooftops cafe for the public( non hotel customers) and some of staff was too busy to serve them first instead of hotel customers like us.
First day, They offered us room with views and We stayed at smallest room and we found out it’s way too smaller than we thought. Specifically the bed was too small for 2 people and it was very uncomfortable. We requested to change the bigger room which we made a reservation. This guy at the front desk told us they already sold the room that we made a reservations and he said he can’t help us. He made a fun of me how can we ask to change the room after we decided to stay small room with views and he was mean and rude. He made me to stay at front desk for long time and he told me he put a note to hotel manager. Next morning,This staff name Carlos helped us to change the room and stayed okay.
