"Staff was great as was the location!!! The room was smaller than expected. Only one chair at the table. No drawers in which to unpack suitcases and no full length mirror. Frig was packed with beverages for purchase, so little room for products we bought that needed refrigeration. Faceclothes not included with towels."

"This location was ideal location for visiting Barcelona. The staff were very attentive and gave great support. If we could give it more stars we would. 10+"

"Excellent breakfast, staff very helpful and nice location."

"We received a free upgade when checking in, the place was very nice and comfortable. Great location, easy to get around Barcelona."

"Room was dirty Staff is nasty. No way to get a cab to cruise terminal. They are clueless"

"Toilet paper was too small. Had to purchase wash cloths to shower because the hotel did not offer them. They only offered hand towels and bath towels. Rooms were too small. Breakfast eggs were too runny."

"Very nice location, very easy walking To a lot of local bars and restaurants."

"The hotel itself was fine, and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. Sadly, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around after a certain hour. I would definitely recommend using a taxi or Cabify if you’re going out after dark. Although the hotel is somewhat centrally located, the area didn’t necessarily feel like the safest place, especially at night."
