The apartment located on the 3rd floor of the building can accommodate 3 people! The apartment space includes a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub with shower function. The apartment is distinguished by an aesthetic and bright interior and a careful interior finish. A living area with a comfortable sofa and a bedroom with a comfortable bed are a perfect place for rest and relaxation. Jedności Narodowej is an extraordinary proximity to the most important places of the Wrocław metropolis and a combination of urban style with a place to rest - 1.4 km from the Panorama Racławicka Museum, 650 meters from the Tumski Bridge, 900 meters from the Botanical Garden. Just a 15-minute walk is enough to reach the Wrocław Market Square and other tourist attractions in the center. The advantage of the location is extensive public transport and infrastructure around the estate enabling convenient and easy access to any place in the city and beyond its borders - a tram stop just 3 minutes from the apartment, and the Wrocław Nadodrze railway station 1.2 km from the apartment. The buffer zone of green areas, numerous parks and squares, as well as the proximity of the Odra River and the Wrocław islands allow for active leisure.

Angenehme Wohnung in günstiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, Betten und Schlafsofa sehr bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet, gutes WLAN. Die kleine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind ideal. Im Innenhof ist Platz zum Parken (rot gestrichene Einfahrt). Die Wohnung liegt in einem typischen Wohnviertel mit teils alten Häusern. Gleich nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, an der nächsten Ecke Richtung Kirche eine empfehlenswerte Bäckerei (gutes Brot, auch Vollkornbrot, Smartphone zum Übersetzen mitnehmen), sowie nahe der Kirche auch andere kleine Läden (Gemüse, Metzgerei). Es ist eher ruhig, man kann zu Fuß in die Altstadt gehen, aber es gibt auch Haltestellen in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sauber, nur leider das Geschirr zum großen Teil nicht; das haben zwar andere Gäste so hinterlassen, aber offenbar wird es vom Reinigungspersonal nicht kontrolliert. Eine merkwürdige Sache: Abends kam Zigarettenrauchgeruch aus dem Bad, offenbar gibt es ein Problem mit der Lüftung. Wenn man die Badezimmertür schließt, ist es kein Problem. Nicht so gut fand ich teilweise die Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Für den der Anreise war ja die Information zum Zugang angekündigt; es kam eine SMS mit zwei Links zur Auswahl, ein Chat und noch irgendwas, das ich auch hätte installieren müssen - erst auf Nachfrage wurden mir die simplen Anweisungen (Code für die Haustür und den Schlüsselsafe an der Tür) direkt per SMS geschickt. Aber das ging dann sehr schnell.
