Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 2 vehicles at the property and 1 additional vehicles can park in the complex onsite overflow lot on a first come first served basis. STR license # 017180.

Very nice place. We did have trouble trying to set the thermostat lower. No matter what it was set at it stayed around 74 which was pretty warm. We all enjoyed our stay!!

The location couldn’t have been better for us, offering easy access to local attractions, dining, and, of course, the stunning natural beauty of Winter Park. It served as the ideal base for our adventures, and equally, a serene retreat to come back to. Nice place and amazing location.

Really nice house and you can’t pick a better location. Walking distance to all the restaurants. My only issue was that the hot tub kept turning off throughout the stay and was not usable for part of the time. If you’re not a hot tub person this might not be an issue but the hot tub was what myself and the rest of the guests were most excited about.

great condo in Downtown Winter Park

This new condo (one of many rowhouses in Downtown Winter Park) looks just like the photos on the listing. It is a true rowhouse with three flights of stairs, just FYI. The garage is long and narrow, two smaller vehicles will fit (such as a Rav4, or Q5, or mid-size cars) but larger trucks and SUVs will not fit. The rooftop hottub and patio table/chairs is a great amenity to enjoy the mountain view and the stars. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, outdoor music venue, and a great trail system (with in-town fly fishing on the creek). The hosts were very responsive with a re-send of the wifi info, otherwise we had no issues at all.

Superb condo in the heart of Winter Park

My family and I stayed in this condo for an early fall weekend in Winter Park, while visiting our son in Denver. I cannot say enough good things about the townhouse and its amenities! The entire condo was outfitted with everything we could possibly need, including exceptionally soft towels and every single kitchen item you might need if you desire to cook. (But why would you with the many restaurant options?) The location was perfect. Very easy walking distance to everything in the downtown area of Winter Park, but off the main drag by a block so you don't hear the traffic. Beds were very comfortable, and bedrooms were spaced well to give privacy, as needed. The rooftop hot tub was a huge hit for post-hike relaxation -- what a treat, with great views! I would highly recommend renting this place, and would return again!

Condo is in excellent condition, very clean, and had a well appointed kitchen. Walking location to restaurants and shops, great views from top floor deck with a beautiful hot tub. Plenary of parking and it is great to have a private garage. Management was very responsive and accommodating ( special thanks to Daniel!) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Perfect spot

This was a perfect location and a perfect space for this family of 5! Clean, comfortable, and right in downtown Winter Park, so we could get to most places by walking! This was an absolutely wonderful find. The only, and I do mean ONLY gripe, is the garage can be pretty tight getting in and out of with a big vehicle (we have a Yukon XL) because there is a median that was placed rather close to the garages, and when there is snow on the ground, the plow piles make it even tighter. Didn’t have any trouble with it, and took it slow, except for once when I went to stop and pull forward to readjust and due to fresh snow, slid a bit and scraped the side of our vehicle. Outside of that, the place is PERFECT!

Winter Park Xmas 2020

This is a beautiful place and in a great location. I would stay here again but several issues: Two of the beds had no linens so I had to go and purchase y own. The doors didn't automatically lock so you had to deadbolt them when inside and leave them unlocked when out. The garage door combination never worked with either of the two codes. I called their toll free number - honestly useless - couldn't get her to help me at all with the locking issues except to say they automatically locked - they didn't. It was a great place but it had a lot of issues that should not have been. The sheets was the most frustrating.

Classy comfort in Winter Park

My husband and I, along with another couple and our little dachshund, rented this property for two weeks in mid-September. It’s classy, beautiful and comfy! We loved every bit of our stay. Even when we had a problem with the washer, management took care of the problem cheerfully and quickly. The only thing that was challenging was the noise of the main highway nearby. If you like to sleep with your windows open, bring earplugs. We had construction crews working at 4 in the morning. Aside from that, we have nothing but rave reviews.

New Year’s Eve in Winter Park

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful townhome. There were 8 of us who fit comfortably. New Year’s Eve fireworks could be seen from the living room and balcony. We were able to walk to restaurants and a shuttle stop to the ski resort. We would definitely stay here again.
