TERRIBLE DOUBLE BOOKING EXPERIENCE. I booked this rental in December for my daughter & me after I bought concert tickets at RJ stadium. We received the booking confirmation immediately & also a confirmation on Wednesday prior to our Saturday stay. Check in was at 5:00 so we got there a few minutes early and texted the property manager for access information. The property manager responded at 5:20 stating: “we sincerely apologize…sorry for the inconvenience…appreciate your understanding”. They double booked us and we had nowhere to stay.We were left in a very stressful situation of trying to find a hotel in a city where everything was sold out due to the concert. The PM sent us two options they found - a hostel (!) & a sketchy hotel 30 minutes outside of the city. The only option we could find in town was a room at 1,270. With all the time lost, we ended up missing the openers & dinner together.The PM’s assistant said our booking was within a minute of another guest booking the property through another rental site. She assured us V*bo would reimburse us & cover additional fees for the inconvenience. Though the PM claims it's V*bo’s responsibility for not catching the double booking, this seems like something the PM should have been on top of as well.After 90 minutes on the phone with V*bo, they refused to cover any additional expenses. After disputing the matter, they reluctantly made it right. Very frustrating situation all around. We cannot recommend this property.

We booked this primarily for the location as we attended an event at Raymond James Stadium and wanted to avoid ubering and getting caught up in traffic or paying $40-50 for parking. It’s a quick 15 minute walk and felt it was safe enough to walk. You’ll actually see many others walking on the way as well. This is an older part of Tampa but nonetheless, it was a great stay to accommodate our needs for 1 night. Only thing - I was a little worried about check in. I didn’t hear from the host till morning of, with check in instructions after I reached out a few times - but once we arrived everything worked out and was smooth. Lastly, I recommend adding a full length body mirror, would be a nice addition. Overall highly recommend!

If you are going to Raymond James Stadium for any event this is the perfect place. Only 10 minute walk. You save $40-$100 on parking plus you walk back to your safe quiet place with patio. Fully furnished apt.Perfect for 2.

My cousin and I stayed here before our cruise out of Tampa. More unique stay than just a hotel and quick Uber from airport and then to port. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was just like the pictures shown. Comfortable bed and very clean. The outside gate was a bit difficult to open-may need a little adjustment. I would definitely recommend this property.

Quick stay in Tampa

My partner and I needed a place to stay following a friend’s wedding for a night and Marlene’s property was the perfect place! Everything was clean and tidy and check in/out was very easy. Only thing I will say is that it can be a little confusing while checking in as multiple parties may stay in the property overall and we went to the wrong unit first. Beyond that, everything was comfortable and Marlene was very communicative and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Thank you for a great stay! :)

Great place for stadium events

This place is small but all you need for an overnight or two and very clean. Neighborhood is good too. We went to a college bowl game at the stadium and wanted a place to stay the night that was close enough to walk to and feel safe. This did the trick! Would recommend for any events at Raymond James when you don’t want to fight the traffic after the event. Our friends were still in the parking lot when we got back to the house.

This place is perfect for Raymond James Stadium events. 15 minute walk and close to everything. The room was clean and perfect overnight stay. I booked two days so I didn’t have to rush around. You can’t beat it for the price.
