This home is located 5 miles from Busch Gardens HOWL-O-SCREAM 2023 and University of South Florida USF. Also it is 1.9 miles from I-275 that leads to downtown Tampa, Orlando or to Clearwater Beach.

Walking distance to pickleball court and playground for children.

Super large pool home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. An extra 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on site can also be added if you need more room.

On the main floor, you have 1 master bedroom with a King size bed and a door to the adjacent bathroom, the living room, the kitchen and laundry room. Upstairs you have 3 more bedrooms (2 with King beds and 1 with a Queen bed) and two full bathrooms.

TVs in the living room and in all 4 bedrooms with streaming apps and free Netflix.

The pool is Not heated however our Tampa climate during winter months is said to be mild.

NOTE:
1) An Addtl guest fee of $50/guest applies after 5 guests to cover the added utilities.
2) If you need more room, you can add an attached 1 bedroom apartment and have room for 3 more. The apartment is Not rented separately but it may be owner occupied when she is in town. It is upstairs and has its own separate driveway and entrance.

not what we thought

the ac wasn’t cold in the masters just a fan and also the rug in the bathroom was dirty and the towels were super thin like paper .. i tried to sleep upstairs one of the beds had some foam on it that was miserable couldn’t sleep on it we left early went to a hotel also the cover on the chair in the downstairs bedroom was dirty

Nice Large Place

Very nice property with huge kitchen and perfect outdoor pool area. There was an issue with pools suction system that could hurt someone if not careful. Owners know now and were to get in touch with someone to fix. We did have a wasp nest in a room on the curtains, we removed the curtains and have let the owner know as well. Overall a very nice time and location. Thank you.

Christmas relaxation

National Soccer tournament

The space was perfect for us to share with the other soccer family on my son's team. We enjoyed each having our own room/space but appreciated having the living room and massive kitchen to spend together between games.

Property worked well for the entire family. Pool area was very nice. The property’s location was good for visiting Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. The kids enjoyed the neighborhood park.

A fun way to have a family reunion

The property appealed to me because of its distance from my home and another family home. The location was great and the house size for our party of seven was wonderful. The large kitchen was great and sitting by the pool early evening was also nice. Would re-book for this type of occasion and recommend to family or friends looking for a home to rent instead of staying in a hotel.

Great Property for a Large Party

We were very impressed with this property and the management. The owner was always quick to respond to questions and asked us how things were going midway through the stay. We felt the listing accurately portrayed the house and pool area. We had plenty of room for the 9 of us in the house. The beds were for the most part comfortable. The kitchen came stocked with everything we needed. The grill worked well for us. The pool was great. The abundance of pool toys made it more fun. The washer and dryer worked well. Check-in and out were very easy.The only downside I could see was that the water pressure was a little low for our tastes, but that happens.

Great location - easy access to freeway

Great open layout. Plenty of rooms. Kitchen fully stocked with all cookware, utensils, etc. Nice relaxing backyard by the pool. Did a lot of walking in the neighborhood for exercise. Location is perfect for where you need to go.

Thanksgiving with my father

Thank you for being a pet friendly home. We were able to have a thanksgiving dinner with our Florida family without worrying about out pets health and safety. The home provided the space we needed to be together. We had fun playing cards, games and twister with the kids and grandkids. The air hockey table was a plus. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we were able to relax around the pool. The plumbing needs to be given some attention soon. However, the home did serve it purpose and I thank you again for allowing me to have my pet .

Family Gathering*

My family came together from different states to celebrate our youngest Granddaughters 1st birthday, the house was perfect for us, very spacious. I loved the kitchen, I'm a cook and was able to prepare all our meals easily and the dining area let us sit as a family and enjoy. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed spending our days in and around the pool. The house was just what I was looking for to just spend time with family. Easy to rent, enter and communicate with host.

We had a great time there. The house was large and comfortable. We had everything we needed.the owner was pleasant and easy to deal with. A Hurricane warning was issued during our stay and she came and stayed at the desperate apartment on site and even brought us some things in case we needed them in preparation of the storm.

Perfect house, in the perfect location.

This was the perfect house in the perfect location for our family. We came for a family function and this house was close to relatives, close to the event and convenient for all to reach. We will definitely refer to other, as well as return again. Well worth the money.

Nice home

The home is interesting; every room is a step up. When arriving, the lights weren’t on and I immediately tripped and fell up the one stair that goes into the bedroom. The stairs to the 2nd floor is steep too. The home is located in a quiet area and very safe. The front door pad lock never worked, but there was a key available. I wish I was warned about the step.

Golf trip

We played 7 rounds in 6 days around the Tampa area; location was ideal and neighborhood was very friendly. Plenty of beds for 4 adult males; one of our party found his bed to be a bit uncomfortable. Maybe a mattress upgrade would solve that. We really enjoyed the pool and were happy with the way the property was stocked prior to our arrival. Overall, very happy with our trip!
