"A couples weekend in London, we saw there was an offer through hotels.com and went for it.
Staff were very friendly. We'd arrived before check in on the assumption we would just drop our bags into storage and come back after a quick explore around South Kensington. As it was, our room was ready and we were able to drop our gear off and refresh before heading out.

"Every chance I have to stay at a Citadines’ property, I am grateful. The rooms are large, the kitchenette very functional, the staff courteous and helpful. South Kensington lived up to, no, exceeded my expectations. If you have never stayed there, this is your chance for a wonderful experience.
