"Great location next to Kensington high Street and only 3 minutes walk to underground, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel is spotless clean but dated. An investment by owner to update from the 90s décor would be great."

"Expedia was a nightmare to deal with on this honeymoon trip. Our plans were disrupted by flight cancellations, which is understandable, but the Expedia Rep said we would receive a refund for the two nights that we were stranded. After we were charged the full amount, Expedia was nowhere to be found. ..."

"This was a very busy hotel, but what it may have lacked in intimacy was more than exceeded in the quality and comfort of our garden view room, the great location near the tube, Whole Foods, restaurants, and parks. The staff was helpful but also very busy attending to numerous visitors and groups. ..."

"First time staying at the Millennium Hotel. Beautifully clean hotel. Welcoming staff. A bonus for us was being upgraded to a suite on check in. The suite was very spacious with all the amenities needed for and over night stay. Comfortable bed and very quiet-which gave a good nights sleep. Would recommend ..."
