The Space:
Embark on the Ultimate Fall/Winter Adventure at Our Enchanting Beach Cottage! Come stay with us at Lucky Enough! Our upstairs duplex features 2 bedrooms! Enjoy old Topsail before it's gone. Laid back beach time (but not too far from Surf City!) This is the spot for you! Lucky Enough is a quaint, old Topsail beach cottage. The floors may have a little sway from all the fun over the years, but we've tastefully decorated & made a truly amazing space for you to relax!

The master features a queen bed & tv with Roku. The 2nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds (bottom double, top single) for the kids and the living room couch pulls out to a queen. The kitchen is stocked & outfitted, while the bathroom has been tastefully remodeled to a shabby-chic beach-style oasis. A large, elevated deck has a wonderful view of the sound and the dunes, with the beach a mere 350' away (you can see it from the house!). It's the perfect amazing space to enjoy a family vacation!

Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day.
Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!

Disappointing, outdated,, worn out carpet

carpet very dirty and worn out. had ants on kitchen bar area and kitchen floor at carpet border.had no chairs, only a small picnic type table with short benches for eating area. the location was great. the one and only bathroom was fairly nice.

Great trip!

The location of this place was perfect for us! A super short walk to the beach! The house was fully furnished with everything we needed. Neighbors were friendly, awesome greenhouse bus across from the house. Definitely worth checking out! Our only complaint was the bunk beds are too squeaky for a relaxing nights rest, especially with kids tossing and turning.

Shabby Chic

You are very close to the beach it is right across island road. Decent refrigerator and stove. Has a small microwave, has coffee pot etc. Beds not the most comfortable. The AC did not go into the bedrooms it got really hot. Price was a bit high for what you got. There were some repairs needed. One board on the deck was completely up. Some of the stairs were loose. There was an indent in the wall by the door. The living room remote was missing part of the backing. The owners were really nice and communicative.

Not a good place to stay. This is only the upstairs unit. There were windows without any coverings. There was no microwave. The place had flys everywhere. There was only AC in the livingroom. You have downstairs neighbors and they took up our parking.
