Conveniently located near downtown Sanford in a golf cart area. This gem is only 5 minutes away from Sanford Airport and Downtown area, 30 minutes from New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach, 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, all major parks, and International Drive. Park your bikes in the covered breezeway to protect against rain and sun. Ample street parking for trucks of all sizes. Construction workers are welcomed. This property is part of a small community with two other occupied homes. The yard and breezeway are shared common areas, and each property has its own designated parking spot. The neighborhood is family-oriented, peaceful, and pet-friendly, offering a quiet atmosphere perfect for vacationing with children or enjoying time with pets. Nearby, there’s a park where you can walk your pets, and yard has plenty of space for kids to play outdoors.

This home was great for our family. What we particularly liked were all the extras - laundry detergent, coffee pods, water in the fridge etc. etc. We enjoyed the neighborhood too. It was a great stay.

A must rental!! What a beautiful home. Host put out a personal welcome sign and treats! Everything was well supplied and ready to go. Climate control was perfect, quick responses for all questions. Comfortable furniture and impeccably clean. Backyard was inviting and comfortable. All appliances worked and plenty of dishes /utensils were available. We'll definitely be renting again!

Overall the experience was amazing. There was an issue where the code provided by Vrbo wasn’t working. We reached out to the owner directly and we were provided a new code with no problem. The beds are firm but everything else was a great and simple experience.

beautiful character home

Rented this home because it was close to Boombah Park. The pictures on the listing don't do it justice. It's a beautiful character home that has been updated. The house looks smaller from the outside, but is so open on the inside - lots of room for a family. Very clean. Great decor. Very quiet area.Would absolutely rent this property again if we're ever in the area!

The place was nicely decorated and clean. Kitchen was adequately supplied for everyday use, but not a fully equipped kitchen. Each room had their own tv and nicely decorated with comfortable mattresses. It had a bed for the dogs and room for them outside . It would have been nice to have a fully enclosed yard to allow the dogs to wonder in yard.

Pretty house and very clean, too!

House was beautiful and host made us feel special with greeting and treats, water in the fridge and coffee to make on the counter. House smelled wonderful as we walked in. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Our stay was too short as we had to leave for the airport (13 minute drive) early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again when using Sanford airport. Thank you Ruth!

Perfect Stay in Sanford – Clean, Comfortable, and Pet-Friendly!

My family and I traveled to Sanford for a wedding this last weekend, and staying at Ruth’s home was an absolute dream. She was wonderful to work with, and the house was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully updated. Being able to bring our dog was a game changer, and the location was unbeatable—we were close enough to ride our bikes into downtown Sanford for the wedding! Ruth also left a few board games, which my kids loved. It was so nice to see them off their screens, laughing and playing Guess Who every night. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The perfect spot to stay before your flight out of SFB

A 6am flight for my granddaughter and her 3 friends meant getting closer the day before. The manatees and the Blue Springs and the promise of kayaking made the final day a perfect one. We had mac and cheese, played rummicub and slept. The morning run to SFB was less than 15 minutes. I'd do it again.
