This sweet apt had everything we needed for our Fishtown getaway. Alberto thinks of everything right down to the bottles of soap and shampoo in the shower. Lovely deck in the back was an added bonus space. The remodeling done in this classic Philly row home is classy and tasteful. Our dog felt right at home as well. Great to have nearby places/ parks to walk dogs. Also, Alberto is super responsive. The wine bottle opener was broken, and within an hour there was a new one in the mailbox. Comfy bed. Super clean upon our arrival.

This place was small and nothing fancy, but I found it extremely cozy and I really enjoyed it. It was also perfect for the money. Location was prime as well. Very safe.

The host was very communicative with easy to understand instructions with clearly laid out expectations and guidelines. That level of detail carried into the stay itself and reflected in the space. It was clean, as documented, and a great value. The amenities were just right and for the price I would definitely stay again! Thanks to the host!

Furniture in living room not as described or pictured - it was 2 single beds stacked perpendicularly, difficult to sit and watch TV. Otherwise the apartment was comfortable. Description should include narrow steep staircase to 2nd floor apartment.

We stayed here as a weekend getaway with our daughter who goes to Temple. The description of this place is correct , parking can be a bit tricky, visual instructions for access and Internet were excellent and any other information required, the owners were spot on for responding. This was the first time we ventured into Fishtown, so enjoy walking around the neighborhood and explore. I would highly recommend this place.

Very cute little space at a convenient location in Philly. We were able to visit lots of local spots nearby! Mostly clean and cozy vibes. The balcony was very much enjoyable for going outside and chatting:)

Very nice place and a very nice location. The communication with the host was excellent. There are great food options within a few block radius. Short Lyft ride to The Met, where we went, as well as other Philly spots. Bustling and safe neighborhood, and dog friendly. Great spot for couples visiting Philly!

La Paquena was the perfect hide away in the middle of lovely Fishtown. Clean, private and easily accessed. I would recommend this spot and stay again in a heartbeat. Communication with the host was always timely and helpful and the listing couldn't be more accurate. We loved La Paquena!

We stayed 11 days in La Pequeña. The host Alberto is very friendly and attentive. He responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If you like to cook and will be spending a lot of time there, the kitchen may be a little small and uncomfortable, and there is no table to eat comfortably. The terrace is large and sunny, and we loved having breakfast there. The apartment has many stairs. La pequeña has very good transport connections. The Berks station is a 5-minute walk away and takes you to the city center. There is also a bus that goes to Temple University. We felt safe in Fischtown. We had Nice time in La pequeña!

It's a very nice small apartment. It's very close to everything that we needed. Parking is interesting but not too bad once you get the hang of it. I'd recommend getting there before 3:00 if possible just for parking. But the later it gets the more spots get filled up.
