• Pool Heating Service: $35 per day (request at least 24 hrs before check-in)
• 4-Burner Grill Rental: $105 per week (includes one full propane tank)

Parking
• The house accommodates up to 4 vehicles
• No parking on grass or sidewalks – Strictly prohibited
• One-side street parking only – Follow posted street signs
• No street parking on Kaipo Rd. – Unauthorized vehicles will be towed
• Tow enforcement: Violators may be towed without warning from 8 PM to 7 AM
Guest Registration
Before arrival, please provide the full names of everyone in your party who is 18 years old or older. This is required by the resort for gate access and helps us streamline your check-in. Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
House Rules
1. No smoking or vaping inside the home.
2. No parties or events—thank you for respecting our neighbors.
3. Resort quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
