"This property is going through transitions with ownership. I called to say we would check in around 9 pm and it sounded like they would cancel our room so we switched our plans arrived at 5:30. Came in to check in and a guest interrupted and said the bedding was dirty & blood on it so they needed another room. "I booked through Expedia and 10 minutes later realize I booked the wrong day. I got ahold of Expedia right away and they said the hotel could not move the reservation because it was within 24 hours. I literally called to change it within 15 minutes of booking and Expedia and the hotel refused to fix it for me so I got charged for the night that was wrong."
