-Damage Alert: If you spot any damages when you arrive, give us a shout. This helps keep your damage deposit safe and sound.
-Nighttime Calm: Let's keep it peaceful after 10pm – outdoor gatherings and music included, as per the city's rules.
-Pet Pals: Bringing a furry friend? They're totally welcome! Just make sure they're comfy in a crate when you're not around. We'd love to see a crate pic before you check in. Only 1 pet allowed per reservation.
-Chillin' Late Checkouts: If you're in no rush to leave, a late check-out comes with a full day's rate.
-Inviting Friends: Friends are more than welcome, but please give us a heads-up in advance. Visitors count as extra guests with additional fees, 75 per guest per day.
-Sharing, Not So Much: Keep the check-in details and booking info within your group. Sharing outside the reservation leads to cancellation – no fun, we know!
-TLC for Linens: If any towels or linens need extra care, we'll have to deduct $10 per piece from the deposit.
-Trash Talk: On Monday's & Thursday's night, regular bagged garbage goes on the curb in front of the home. Recyclables? Leave those by the garage doors. And remember, no recycling mixed with regular garbage – fines may apply.
-Pest-Free Kitchen: Keep your treats in the kitchen cabinets – we've got a pest-free space and want to keep it that way.
-Fresh Air Vibes: We're keeping things clean and crisp, so no smoking near or inside the house. If any odors linger, there's a $200 cleaning fee.

I took the place because off the jacuzzi and when I came thay told me that it's not working In property was bugs and mice Ac didn't work lower roof bombed in my head a few times had too leave a day before I want back money

Billy Joel Concert!

The place was clean and had enough room for us. However, it should say for people under 5’4’’. My daughter banged her head several times even with the warning signs. Also, both nights we were woken up to loud running and banging on the floor above us. This was around 2am. This is carried on for over an hour. One thing I would recommend is some washcloths and maybe paper towels. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. We had easy access to the NJ train to go into the city, which is what we wanted.

Not kitchen to small, not good parking.

We look for Parking and we can’t find, when we find the parking ir terribly, the bathroom it’s small, in general it’s small, and where we stayed was on the roof of the house. Honestly i don’t like pretty much.

Similar to a dorm

The place wasn’t horrible but could use some improvements. 1. I brought my 83 year old mother and was not aware of the steep steps leading to the main entrance and no railing going down into the room. 2. No lock on the door - only a sliding door connecting the foyer area and room. Plus the light switch to the lights is OUTSIDE the room. 3. Towels are small and rough/cheap and no washcloths/rags. 4. Kitchen does not have a sink and you are required to wash dishes but there is no dish rag or soap…makes me wonder how sanitized the dishes are. 5. Must have an Amazon account to use the tv (Amazon Firestick is provided) It is a basement that has been closed off and renovated “cheaply” (I know nothing is cheap!) - more like a dorm than a “private haven”.

Great place to crash

Very much like a spacious hotel room. Very clean but basic. No stove for cooking or sink to wash dishes, except in the bathroom. It is a basement apartment but well lit and quiet. It suited my needs perfectly, and is minutes from Newark airport so it is perfect for catching an early flight. And you can't beat the price

It was good enough for the time we stayed

3 adults stayed and I feel we needed extra towels, when we arrived there was2 towels and after to called 2 more towels were given in total for 3 nights 😑also there should be a lock in the inside door leading to the room for safety reasons. Besides that our stay was ok

Clean and very well priced property that has the basics. Ceilings are low so not good for tall people - or those who can’t do stairs. Excellent and very prompt communication from host.
