2 Bedrooms upstairs with a Jack and Jill bathroom. 1 master bedroom downstairs with own private bathroom(jacuzzi tub and shower). The couch is a convertible couch that will form a bed if the ottoman is pushed in . The house is walkable to college campus and downtown Murfreesboro. It is also walkable to the Historic Oakland Mansion. ********We ask there are no parties ,no loud cars , no loud music ,no music before or after 9 am/pm ,no loud dogs.must be respectful of neighbors and neighborhood. This is a family neighborhood and we respect that.

Wonderful place to stay. The host was accessible and prompt. We will try to book this place when passing through!

The freezer leaked at the bottom and formed a lot of ice at the bottom of the freezer. No ice trays were available and the ice machine and water machine on the front of the refrigerator did not work. The sofa was not very comfortable in the living area and there were a lot of stains on it. No curtains in the upstairs bathroom, so if the neighbors wanted to look through the window they were able to. The dining room window did not lock and when we came into the house two windows were left unlocked. Usually when we stay in a VRBO, there are some games for kids or adults, and there were none at this house. This is all just constructive criticism of things that could be remedied for the next person or family that stays here. With all this being said, we did have a wonderful stay with our two grandsons.

We were there to attend the wedding of a friends daughter. The house was so nice and a great location. We loved sitting on the second story swing with the gentle rain. We also took a nice walk. What a great house!

Good Location

Location good and quiet …2 dogs allowed which is good as is gated drive and small sliver of grass in back. Owner seems abit absent related to upkeep and supplying the place, but rental price is worth it especially if you stay longer to absorb the 200 cleaning fee which is too high on short stays. Couch needs replaced or cleaned. Beds nice due to mattresses… good stay location to downtown.

Great house in the heart of Murfreesboro

Three bedrooms and beds are okay. Clean except the furniture is stained and wish we would have known there was no icemaker and the upstairs bedroom window is broken.

House was perfect for me and my family. Great location, all the amenities needed for feeling like your home. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.Would definitely stay here and highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Great space for the family

Loved the location and size of the home but it needs some TLC. The couch was quite dingy and covered in dog hair. There seems to be a lot of holes needing patching and the upstairs bathroom windows needs curtains! Cute location near town though- and plenty of space to hang out with the kids.

Meeting in the Middle

We met up with family in Murfreesboro since it is about the halfway mark for everyone. We loved the location and all that Murfreesboro has to offer. The house was the perfect size and had everything we would need for our stay. Had a few questions while there and the host answered quickly and was very helpful.

Great communication

Property was very nice. Very peaceful. Not too far from Nashville which is where we wanted to explore. We also made the drive to Memphis to see Graceland while we were here. If you stay and like history, i suggest Cannonsburgh Village. It is free to tour and it is a very neat village to explore. The hosts are amazing.

Absolutely Amazing

This was an amazing rental property in a great location. Fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Very clean house with a wonderful secured backyard. The property owners were amazing throughout the entire rental process

Old friends reuniting

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals over the years and this is among the best we have stayed in. It truly felt like a home away from home. It's located in a safe location and has all the creature comforts you would look for when choosing an VRBO. There was easy access to anything you might want to do. Would highly recommend this house.

Great property

We were in Murfreesboro for a wedding and this property was great! East access to surrounding areas, stores, etc. The property was clean and had all items we needed. The fenced in area was great for our dog—even a little Yorkie is safely enclosed behind the gate.

Close to downtown

We stayed for 2 weeks, with 2 adult kids and 2 dogs. The fenced in property was great for the dogs! House is a few blocks from the square, easy walk to restaurants and the farmers market on Saturday (not to be missed!). Owner was very responsive when we had a problem with the air conditioning, and a repairman fixed it right away. Highly recommend! We would stay there again.

Graduation

The property was perfect. I was there for my Grand daughter, and Grand son's graduation. The house was very homey and perfect. I had my Grand son stay with me a couple nights, so it was nice that he had an upstairs bedroom for himself. I liked the ability to walk to the square, and did so every day. Also, the outdoor space was very nice to sit out either on the front or back porch. Enjoyed grilling hamburgers with my family after graduation.

Beautiful house, really enjoyed our stay however it had to be extended due to a death and we couldn't get in touch with our host . After numerous tries we ended up having to move to another vrbo listing
