For work or leisure I welcome you to my relaxed and restful apartment including the two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen and bathroom (bath & shower).

You are my guest when I am not using my apartment, it is located right by Metro Station Cadillac, so you have easy and fast access to downtown and the entire city. Yet the neighborhood is not in the heart of the downtown so you can rest and relax between adventures. Ideal for budget savvy guests!

Your reservation includes a self-check-in process, allowing you to arrive anytime during your designated check-in window. For arrivals after midnight, please refer to the "Additional Rules."

Rest assured, you're in great hands! I prefer communicating through the app, myself and and am quick to respond during the day and evening.

I’ve scheduled helpful instructions to be sent during your stay, ensuring you have the information you need right when you need it. Rest assured, you’ll always be communicating with me or my partner—never automated replies or AI bots.

I will send you easy, step-by-step check-in instructions a day before your arrival, so you'll have everything you need well in advance.

✧The AC and heating systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.

✧ I am quick to reply all day and evening but I could be asleep after midnight, so while you're welcome to arrive anytime after check-in begins, fast replies and check-in assistance are not guaranteed after midnight. I always reply back first thing early in the morning. If you plan to arrive late, see additional rules.

✧The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.


✧ I am often out of town, but rest assured, I always have someone available to assist in case of emergencies. If an emergency arises, please contact me first, and I will arrange for my housekeeper or a friend to help you. Keep in mind that it may take some time for them to reach your location.
For any dangerous emergencies, please prioritize your safety and contact the appropriate services right away. Once you're safe, please reach out to me.

✧If you must receive any mail or packages during your stay please contact me first. I have a convenient and secure solution available for you. My mailbox is not shared with my guests, as I have private documents sent here.

If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We want you to have a truly great time during your stay!
While rules aren’t fun, they help ensure comfort for everyone. Most guests are wonderful, so enjoy the apartment and relax!

NO PARTIES OR NOISE COMPLAINTS
Parties are not permitted. The city has fantastic bars and clubs for this. Unauthorized parties forfeit your reservation and you are responsible extra cleaning fees. IF YOU ARE PLANNING A PARTY let me know—I know hosts with property for this purpose. Respect the neighborhood and observe quiet hours.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only, please step away from doors and windows. A cleaning fee of $450-900 will apply for any indoor smoking.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
All people coming to the property, including visitors not sleeping here, must be included in your reservation’s Number of Guests. If you have any questions about this contact me ahead of the Check-in date. 50$ per guest per night for each undeclared person and additional cleaning fees.

CHECK-IN WINDOW
I have Self Check-in, I send you easy Step-by-Step instructions a day ahead of check-in, you can reach me for any assistance during check-in times. I do allow arrivals past midnight, but I may not be able to assist you if there are unexpected issues. If you plan to arrive after midnight: Share your estimated time of arrival, review instructions in advance, and ask any questions before Check-in.

CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are subject to a $65/hour fee from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m, beyond 1:00 p.m. result in an extra night's charge(this does not extend your reservation). Late check-out requests must be pre-approved a full day in advance.

NO ANIMALS
No animals are allowed due to a personal critical health reason. This rule is non-negotiable. Feel free to ask for more details if needed.

CLEANLINESS
The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning of regular use of the apartment. Please avoid food and drinks in bedrooms, remove shoes at the door, and dispose of trash properly.

DAMAGES
Please treat the property and furnishings with care to ensure the next guest can enjoy them as much as you do.

WINDOWS & DOORS & AC
Keep windows and doors closed and locked when not in use. On rainy days and in winter, avoid leaving windows open to prevent damage to the property. Please never set AC lower than 72, at extended periods this setting can damage the appliance or cause leakages.

KEYS & SECURITY
Lost keys or security items will incur an $85 replacement fee. Emergency assistance for lost items or intoxication-related access issues will result in a $150 charge. In rare situations, if required, we have the right to request a photo ID at check-in (this has never happened before).

LONG RESERVATIONS & SUPPLIES
Basic supplies are provided for the first week. For longer stays, you may need to replenish consumable items. Additional cleaning services are available on request.

EMERGENCY ACCESS
Building management may access the property for emergencies, mandatory inspections, or urgent repairs. I will always notify you beforehand whenever possible.

PARKING
When using public parking in Montreal, it’s your responsibility to follow local parking regulations. Always check the signs. Please double-check the parking signage to be safe.

We do welcome Service Animals!
If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so we can arrange appropriate cleaning after your stay, and let us know if there is anything else we can do to help welcome you!
In line with Airbnb and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times,, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation. Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.

Such a great find

Such a pleasant stay. Maryam (the host) was so helpful, even suggested a cheap app for finding parking while we visited. The house was so clean and exactly as advertised. The metro is 5-10min walk up the street, making it a 25 min metro ride to berri-UQAM. Would stay here again.

Felt like home

From our first correspondence with Maryam (and the photos on the site), we knew exactly what to expect - and it was exactly what we wanted. Does this place have tons of bells and whistles? No. But it's in a comfortable street, within a comfortable walking neighborhood (walking distance to public transit), and has all the amenities you need to feel right at home in Montreal. (When we told friends where we were staying, they were excited by the proximity to all Montreal has to offer - without the hassle or price tag of being in trendier areas.) We had to cut our stay short, and Maryam was incredibly understanding. We're already hoping to stay there again in the future!

This was a lovely little apartment. A bit old-fashioned, but it did claim to be vintage! It was a great combination to be in a quieter part of the city, but close to the metro so we could get anywhere. Very clean and comfortable!
