How to be an Awesome Guest

Please be respectful of neighbors in the area by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially between 9 PM and 9 AM.
Only approved guests are allowed in the house as indicated by reservation booking including day only guests. Message me for additional occupant requests for both day guests and night guests.
For your safety and security, Ring cameras are installed at the front door and garage side door of the property. These cameras are monitored to ensure the safety and security of the home.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property including the front and back yards
No parties or events whatsoever. Hosting a Party will subject you to additional cleaning fees and additional occupant fees per person in addition to immediate termination of the reservation.
No Loud Music, especially in the backyard/ pool area
The trash is picked up every Tuesday and Friday. Please take out the trash on Monday and Thursday nights. The trash bins are located in the backyard by the gate — the gate lock code is 4283. They need to be brought to the curb and then returned to the backyard area after pickup.
Check-in is anytime after 3 PM
Check out by 11 AM

Garbage Pick Up Instructions
Trash is collected on Tuesdays and Fridays.
On Monday and Thursday nights, please bring the trash bin down the shared driveway through the side fence and leave it at the corner for the trash collector.
After the trash has been picked up, please return the trash bin inside the backyard gate.

Garage Access

The driveway on the right side of the house leads to the garage. This right-side driveway is a shared access, and guests must not park there as it obstructs access for the neighboring property.
You will find the garage door opener in the entryway of the house upon check-in.
If you use the garage, please ensure that the garage door is fully closed when you are finished.
