Relax on the balcony and enjoy one of the most beautiful view's on earth. It is such a beautiful spot that many weddings take place right across the street at Berwick Park. Enjoy taking a walk along the path along side the ocean. Monterey Aquarium and the Outlets are a five to ten-minute walk. (Holidays are 3 night minimum) I have a "Beach Gear" section in the gurst room closest. I have beach towels, boogie board, bucket & shovel, beach umbrella, beach bags, beach blankets. Enjoy the beach!

The Beach House is decorated by an Interior Designer and has a feeling of relaxation and comfort. It has a Nautical and Beach theme. It has wonderful thick Egyptian towels and high count sheets and linens. The electric towel warmer is great especially in the Winter months. The fireplace facing the oceanview is a perfect place to enjoy a book. It is a true place of relaxation.

It has a full kitchen with all of the latest equipment. If you cook, you can enjoy the best views in Monterey or if you go out, there are wonderful restaurants walking distance to Cannery Row.

Best of all worlds! Beautiful views from the living room, dining room and balcony. Very nicely decorated with comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. Close to good restaurants, shopping, Cannery Row and the Aquarium. As a bonus, there are two passes to the Aquarium as well as movie passes. Sally is a great host and this is a great location to experience all of Monterey and the surrounding areas.

The owner is courteous and kind enough to allow us to modify the dates within the week without cancellation and rebooking. Check-in was easy through a lockbox, and access code was provided via the VRBO app and owner’s message. Parking spot is available at a car port under the building. Alternate overnight parking is available on adjacent street. Wi-Fi is high speed and reliable. The home is well furnished and stacked with decor, perfect for 4. The best feature of this home is its location relative and in proximity to the Aquarium, Cannery Row, dining and shopping, the drive along Ocean View Blvd from Lovers’ Pt. to 17-mile drive. And waking up every morning to the park in front, Monterey Bay and Pacific Ocean.

Got lucky with this one

I chose this place because our don was getting married in Monterey. We arrived early and decided to go for a walk up and around Lovers Point. We parked on the street and I was looking around and noticed that we had parked across the street from our rental. My husband said that “I couldn’t have picked a better place” Not only was the location perfect but the inside was perfect! We enjoyed the balcony and the views and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Front row of the bay!

We couldn't have been happier with this location! Front row view of the water, sea otters, whales, walking distance to the aquarium and canary row; it was perfect. All amenities were there. Parking streetside was wasy enough. Had a great time!

Great place to stay. Could not have asked for a better location. Park and shoreline trail right across the street. Easy 15 minute walk to the aquarium. Plenty of onstreet parking spaces (though we were only there mid-week). Host was friendly and helpful.

Great location walking distance to attractions and downtown. Beautiful views from the front of the property. Host was very pleasant and easy to contact. Parking on site was convenient. Only complaint was the master bed needs to be replaced very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Our daughter graduated from CSUMB and we had the best stay at this location. Mornings and evenings walking the coastal path and watching otters and other sea life. Close to everything! Place was perfect: location and amenities (we even bbq burgers one night)!

The location is really ideal and the view of the ocean is terrific.Unlike many of the vacation rentals we tried, this condo feels like a well-loved home that the owner’s share when they aren’t using it. It has a homey charm and everything needed for your stay.

Unbeatable Location, But Comfort and Cleanliness Could Use Some TLC

We recently stayed at this condo in Pacific Grove and the location truly can't be beat. It's within walking distance to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Lovers Point, great restaurants, and the charming shops on Lighthouse Avenue. We loved sitting across the street on the grassy bluff and benches overlooking the stunning Monterey Bay, and the balcony view from the unit was equally lovely.The property manager was responsive and helpful when we reached out, and followed up with housekeeping, which we appreciated. That said, we did experience a few challenges during our stay. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the sheets did not appear to have been changed. We also noticed dirty countertops and stained rugs and furniture, which affected the overall feel of cleanliness. The eclectic décor and abundance of knick-knacks may appeal to some, but felt a bit overwhelming to us.If you're someone who needs a supportive mattress or values a very tidy space, this may not be the best fit. But if you're all about location and views, this spot is truly hard to beat.

Beautiful location and property!

Listing was exactly as described. A cozy spot with an unbeatable location and amazing ocean views. Host was friendly and responsive; she even offered early check-in and late check-out without us even asking for it, so nice! Highly recommend this spot, I’d definitely stay there again.

House overlooking Monterey bay

If you’re looking for a cozy lived in apartment/condo overlooking the Monterey Bay near lovers point, this fits the bill. It doesn’t have a lot of room in the living areas if you have small children, and there are a few breakables throughout the house. The bedrooms are roomy. The beds aren’t the latest greatest but adequate. For the price it’s a pretty good deal considering it’s on the ocean has a view and is near many things in the Monterey and Pacific Grove area..

This place was perfect as far as the location. Great views! Great neighborhood! It's the perfect size for a small to medium family. Close to the aquarium. I did have to clean and wipe down parts of the bathroom and kitchen. However, I informed the owner. The owner contacted the cleaning crew regarding being more thorough for future bookings.

One of our best stays, ever!

Wonderful home in an amazing location! Just across the street from Berwick Park, with incredible views of the rocky coastline. Also, an easy walk to the aquarium.The home is so cozy and inviting. Everything was very clean and in great condition.We definitely plan on returning!

Beautiful property right across from the Bay

Came down to celebrate a friend's birthday and were delighted by the property. Proximity to Cannery row and downtown were excellent, unit was charming and the perfect size for our group of 4. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable.Couldn't get enough of the view! Would happily come back
