Freshwater Estates is a premier waterfront neighborhood located near the center of Lake Anna’s public side, with 9,000 acres of pristine water ideal for boating, fishing, swimming, and watersports. The area is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the location puts you minutes from local restaurants, groceries, and wineries.
We give you space to enjoy your stay, but we’re just a message away if you need anything. If there’s something you're looking for that isn’t listed—just ask!
**Additional Information:**
- Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- 6 Adults Maximum
- No Events Allowed.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- There is a No Wake Zone in the water behind the home.
- The backyard is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
- Free Parking for up to 5 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.
- Boat lift is not available for guest use
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
