We welcome you to this one bedroom apartment / Annex in the convenient area of Walnut Tree in Milton Keynes.

Conveniently only 5 minutes’ drive from Kingston Retail Park which offers a range of restaurants, cafes and a Tesco’s superstore.

The apartment is also less than 10 minutes’ drive from the M1 Motorway.

The Space:
Studley Knapp is a non-smoking property nestled in a peaceful residential area, surrounded by lush greenery. Guests can enjoy complimentary amenities, including free WiFi and secure on-site parking. Ideally located on Walnut Tree in Milton Keynes, it is just 3.1 miles from the City Centre and Milton Keynes Station, 1.1 miles (10 km) from Woburn Abbey, and 3.5 miles from Woburn Sands.

Within 350 yards, you'll find a local Tesco, a Chinese takeaway, an Indian restaurant, and a pub. The Open University is just a 15-minute walk away, making this an ideal location for convenience and tranquility.

The apartment features one bedroom, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave, and a bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. Guests can enjoy a private patio area with direct access from the apartment, offering a peaceful outdoor space. The bedroom offers a view of a peaceful green space.

The nearest airport is London Luton Airport, located 29 miles away. Nearby attractions such as Bletchley Park, Woburn Abbey, Willen Lake, Milton Keynes Bowl, and the Milton Keynes Shopping Centre are all easily accessible by car.

Guest Access:
When you arrive at the property, there is parking on the street outside of the property. Please do not use the driveway as this is required by the owners of the main house.

Once parked, you will see two lock boxes on the side of the property by the gate. The keys are in the left-hand side lock box. Please use the code sent in the check in message / email to open the key safe.

Once you have taken the keys out of the key safe, use one of the keys to go through the gate, please lock the gate behind you. Once you have gone through the gate, the doors to the annex are on the left.

Getting Around:
The property is well-connected by road. You can easily access the A421 and M1 motorway, which are both within a short drive. The M1 provides routes to London (about an hour and a half) and other major cities, while the A421 connects you to Bedford and other surrounding areas.

Milton Keynes Central Railway Station is approximately a 10-minute drive away. From there, you can catch direct trains to London Euston (about 35 minutes), Birmingham, and other destinations.

Local bus services are available with stops nearby. Buses connect you to Milton Keynes city center and other areas, offering a convenient option for getting around without a car.

The Walnut Tree area is pedestrian-friendly, with local amenities such as shops, parks, and restaurants within walking distance. You can enjoy the nearby green spaces and explore the neighborhood on foot.
