Located in a recently developed neighborhood, this brand new, one-bedroom, one-bath vacation home includes everything needed for a relaxing stay: adjustable queen bed, kitchenette and dining area, a Keurig, wifi, two Smart TVs, fireplace insert, washer and dryer, full size fridge, reclining leather coach seats, a private sunny deck, street and driveway parking, and the comfort of home.

This vacation rental is located across the street from the 7.7 acre West Hills Neighborhood Park, within an hour of both Portland Metro and the Oregon Coast, conveniently located near Linfield College, and minutes to Downtown McMinnville. Enjoy great restaurants, taste your next favorite wine at one of the many local wine bars, shop at unique local boutiques and antique shops, peruse art galleries, or cruise through the Willamette Valley taking in all the beauty Oregon’s wine country has to offer. On Thursdays, the McMinnville Farmers Market provides a bounty of fresh and artisan foods. May brings the annual UFO Festival. Spirit Mountain Casino is only 23 miles away, and as the state's premier gaming destination, boasts world-class gambling, an arcade, a playground and a coffee shop.

Stop by the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum, home to the world's largest flying boat - the Spruce Goose - as well as a 3D movie theater, a flight simulator and more. Hike where glaciers once moved at Erratic Rock State Natural Site, or stroll along historic locks at Lafayette Locks Park along the Yamhill River. Miller Woods Conservation Area - only 6 miles from town - features lush woodlands and several miles of hiking.

Oregon Wine Trip

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliff House. Very nice property across from a nice park with a walking path. Our owner/host welcomed us and gave us a few nice tips for winery visits. Also, close to downtown McMinville area that had good restaurants and shops.

Fresh and clean!

This is a newer single bedroom house in a neighborhood of newer homes (some still under construction). This was a comfortable place to stay.

Great place to stay!

We loved the property and neighborhood. We met Dan and he is super nice. His place is clean and perfect for two. Our only issue was the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The bed is super hard and pillows just flat. But still okay and we would stay there for a weekend again. It’s close to downtown and there’s a great coffee shop down the street. We saw deer in the neighborhood and there’s a beautiful park.

Not a great success for us

The owners put a lot of thought into this new rental and there were plenty of thoughtful touches--bottle of wine, adjustable bed, nicely appointed bathroom, very nice towels, and more. But we had two major issues. First, we had a lot of trouble finding it, since apparently the newness of the neighborhood meant Google was no help. We were lucky we didn't follow the google directions that opened through the VRBP app, or we would have ended up 19 miles away in a different town.

A wonderful stay at the Cliff House!

I had a wonderful stay at the Cliff House. Everything was new, clean, and well cared for. The neighborhood was safe and the outdoor deck area was a very nice, cozy spot to relax at the end of the day. The owners were very nice and I really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine! Will definitely look them up if I need another place to stay in the McMinnville area!
