Location is perfect and host has provided everything you could want. Parking pass worked seemlessly; lots of restaurants, shopping and public transportation closeby.

It is simple yet luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Parking was on a low traffic road right in front of the house. It was conveniently located to freeways and an Erewhon which had delicious breakfast. The hosts were available if we needed anything. It was a great place for the two of us to stay.

Elian’s place is amazing and I had a wonderfully 6-night stay.The location is perfect as it’s close to beach and also just a (pleasant) short walk to the E-Line Bergamot station so it’s super easy to get downtown and all over greater LA. Safe walking at night and no trouble whatsoever parking each day/night right in front of the unit.Unit was clean, comfortable, private, gorgeous & secluded. Host was super friendly with great communication. Will definitely be staying again next summer!!!

We had good experience with this suite. Hosts live on the premises which made communication easy. They’re very friendly and nice people. The suite was clean and as pictured. Location was perfect. Parking was easy with the provided guest pass, we never had to go far from the property. All in all, very happy with our stay, couldn’t recommend it more.

It’s a nice place to stay, in good condition. It was thoughtful of the hosts to leave snacks and water bottles, as well as espresso pods for the machine in the room. The hosts were responsive. Also, the location is well situated near Wilshire Boulevard.

Perfectly private

This was the perfect spot. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The place was very private. Comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. Would definitely stay here again .

The accomodations are modern, clean and very private. There's a coffee maker and all you need to make yourself a cup. The hosts also provided health bars to eat with your drink. The bathroom included a hair dryer, which was a nice touch. The location could not have been better. A short walk up the very quiet street you'll find restaurants and several types of markets and shops. The parking was easy and I'm sure there is a bus stop nearby because that street you can easily walk to is a major artery that spans all the way to downtown Los Angeles. There's plenty to see and do in the close vicinity. If you are old like me you'll want to know that the very comfortable bed is low and if you walk with a cane as I do you will be walking on flagstones and gravel to get to your room . There was good communication with the host.

This gorgeous space over-delivered. - High celings and larger than it appeared in the photos, the ceiling fan kept things super cool during the heat wave. - the duel blinds were great and kept the sun out. - the bed was super comfortable. - Impressed with the inclusion of a fridge, and decent kettle and hair dryer. - great communication with the owner.- very quiet.- great shower.- dimable lights.- safe and private entry.- loved the garden.Unfaltable. Also, I was kindly given an early check in!

Loved our stay

The property was in a great location for us. Just 2 blocks from our relatives. Room was clean and all amenities work out well. The communication was great, the owner checked in with us to see if we needed anything and was very responsive. I would highly recommend the property

Perfect All Around

I am now IN LOVE with the area because of how safe and easy this stay was. Check-in and Out instructions were smooth and clear. Communication was easy if needed. Parking had no issues. This is close to all types of stores and the beach! The home is gorgeous and will definitely keep this on my list for when I need again! 10/5 stars

I grew up in this neighborhood and returning to the area to look at colleges with my daughter was such a delight. The space is even better in person and we had a wonderful time. There is a lovely courtyard at the entrance. The shower is amazing, the bed is comfortable, and it was extremely clean. The neighborhood is quiet and getting into the space was so easy. All of the directions and information about our stay were perfect. I highly recommend this location! Thank you!
