    Located in the heart of Kenwood, the Vina Vista wine country retreat is comprised of two separate spaces: the main house, and a bonus sleeping area. This ideal Kenwood locale is convenient to fantastic restaurants and wineries. Visit VJB Vineyard & Cellars or Chateau St. Jean Winery. Sugarloaf Ridge State Park is a favorite for all-level hiking and stargazing at the observatory.

    This rental is truly one of a kind! Host cookouts in the garden oasis, complete with a custom outdoor kitchen, heated pool, and spa. Or dine alfresco on the deck overlooking the private vineyard. The main house is filled with natural light and stylish decor, while a huge game room awaits in the bonus sleeping area. The open-concept living room has ample plush seating and a smart TV to watch as you lounge. The modern kitchen has granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge. Share home-cooked dishes in the sunny dining room. In the bonus sleeping area, you`ll find the huge game room is flanked by French doors and has exposed beam ceilings and a skylight. Stretch out on two couches and an armchair or enjoy a lively game of ping-pong.

    The blissful backyard is bordered by a vineyard and manicured gardens. Enjoy the views from your private pool and spa. The impressive outdoor kitchen has a gas grill. Share meals at a dining table on the deck.

    Streaming services are available with guests` own account(s).
    The pool is solar heated from the end of May through October but can be heated November-April for $150 per day, we require 48 hours notice if you would like to add pool heat April-November.
    The spa is available year-round.
    The indoor fireplace and the outdoor fireplace (including the pizza oven) are not available for guest use.
    No amplified outdoor music at any time.
    Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. - 7 a.m.

The property is well maintained and very clean. They have most anything you can need which was great and convenient. The hosts were easy to communicate with. I would suggest more towels. Also the shower in the master was a bit difficult to work. We had a private chef come and he was able to cook a 4 course meal with all servings without any issues. Overall it was a great place to stay, good location and great for small friend groups or even families.

Great value!

Host was very responsive and courteous. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the property itself is very spacious. It wasn't obvious to me from the listing, but two rooms, a bathroom, and the game room are in a detached unit. I thought the property overall was well-maintained, and the amenities were great. Seems like a very nice place to stay in the summer since you can only heat the pool once the weather starts to warm up. Unfortunately, we were afraid of being charged the 500 fee for heating the pool, so we opted against using the pool spa. The kitchen had plenty of tableware and cookware (an air fryer and a waffle iron!), but some of the kitchen pantry could've been replenished. Luckily, we brought some of our own ingredients and there was just enough storage space, so we didn't miss anything. However, we were very happy to see birthday candles stocked since we were celebrating a birthday. I also loved how walkable it was to a few restaurants and wineries, just maybe not at night, because there are no sidewalks and the main road is not well-lit. I would recommend this rental for groups and families since there's plenty to do both in the house and around the area, and I would definitely book this place again.
