This luxuriously appointed beachfront townhouse is the perfect getaway. Find time to unwind at the Waves for your next holiday, or long weekend. Only 220km north of Perth, the coastal town of Jurien Bay is the ultimate holiday, tourist and fishing destination.

Three bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located 120m from the beach.

Spend your days snorkeling and curl up with a book at night. Designed to easily accommodate two families/couples with a maximum capacity of 8 guests including 1 king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds and a pull out sofa bed upstairs in the second living area. There are 3 TVs (family room (Smart TV), bedroom and upstairs living area). Linen provided, luxury appointed with quality fixtures and fittings. Everything you could want at a dream location with free Wifi. The WIFI password is on a fridge magnet on the fridge.

- Outside hot and cold shower to wash off the sand from the beach
- 3 reverse cycle air conditioners
- washer & dryer
- private court yard
- BBQ and full utensils. There are two gas bottles. If you run out of gas the Caltex garage on Bashford Street will exchange your gas bottle for a full one at no cost and will bill me.
- European appliances - dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer
Sandwich maker, rice cooker, frypans, glass bowls, casserole dish.
Cooking utensils.
- 3 flat screen televisions (1 is a smart TV ready for you to login to your streaming services)
DVD player downstairs for the main TV
- 2 car carport at the back plus free street parking at the front.
Note that we do not supply shampoo just liquid soap. We do supply detergent, dish washing tablets and laundry liquid, tea towels and bin bags.
Linen, towels, crockery and cutlery and glasses including wine glasses for 8 people
The pantry cupboard has salt and pepper shakers and plastic cups and plates for small children as well as plastic bowls and containers.
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not provide equipment for babies and young children.

We’re happy about the property overall, however, there’s NO hot water at the bathroom upstairs that made us find very inconvenient and frustrated.

Beautiful apartment and great location. Owner very compassionate and understanding, we had to leave early and on very short notice due to receiving terrible news and received a part refund. Will definately stay again.
