Just around the corner (also walkable) is the city parks with walking trails, basketball courts, pickle ball and a disc golf course. The house was very cute; clean with everything you could need for your stay. Nice fenced yard for my dog to have some free space also. Neighborhood was nice to walk him with a walking trail just down the street and the pretty town square just up the other direction. A storm came through and knocked the power out for a short time over night and the host checked on us to see if we needed anything and let us know the ETA for power to be restored.

We stayed here instead of a hotel because it was pet-friendly with a fenced-in backyard. Quiet, low-traffic neighborhood. The house had everything we needed available for our stay. Clean and cozy. Communication was great and made our check-in and check-out easy. Thank you

Check-in was easy and the home was comfortable, cozy, and was perfect for our weekend stay. The hospitality of owner really made us feel welcomed in this cute bungalow conveniently located near the neighborhood park with a splash pad! We hope to come back soon!

Check in was a breeze and she checked on us to make sure everything was going ok. I will bee staying there when ever I am iin town. Nice and quite. I took my dog out about 3 and there were 4 deer across the street. Perfect for us.

Charming Little Blue House

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little blue house in Gatesville, Texas! My husband was in town for work, and while we usually stay in hotels, we were lucky to find this gem when everything else was booked—and it turned out to be the perfect place.The home was cute, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. One of our favorite features was the fenced-in backyard and convenient doggy door, which made it ideal for our dog. The covered back porch was also a highlight—perfect for enjoying morning coffee and a good book in peace.The location was fantastic—just a short walk to beautiful parks with great walking/running trails, perfect for our early morning walks. We also noticed the city pool nearby, which looked inviting and well-kept.Our host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!
