  • Lookout Post: sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with sea views. Free two-hour on-street parking outside the front of the apartment for unloading. All day parking permits at £2 per day are available from the owner on arrival. Additional free parking at the bottom of the garden.

    Open plan sitting and dining room with sofa, armchairs and window seats to seat 8, flat screen smart TV, Retro CD/MP3 Player with turntable, cassette radio and USB/SD MP3 playback. CDs, vinyl records, tapes of various of genres are also supplied, coal effect gas fire, dining table for 8, and french doors leading to the balcony with sea views
    Kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer
    Utility room with washing machine
    Bathroom with WC, single washbasin and bath with handheld shower
    Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) in Super king bed (twin beds on advance request) with bedside tables, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and Bluetooth speaker.

    Master bedroom (sleeps 2) in Super king bed with sea views, bedside tables, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers.
    Opposite the bedroom is a shower room with shower cubicle, WC and single washbasin

    Your nearest supermarkets can be found within a 5-10 minute drive, Tescos is situated within 10 minutes as you exit the M20 at junction 12 or alternatively Sainsburys is situated a 5-minute drive away in Folkestone town centre.
    Pets are not permitted.
    There are two hours of free on-street parking outside the front of the apartment for unloading. All day parking permits at £2 per day are available from the owner on arrival. There is additional free parking at the bottom of the garden.
    The property may not be suitable for the less mobile due to internal stairs to access the property and external steps down to the beach.
    Beach towels & picnic basket provided.

A wonderful stay next to the sea

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean and tasteful home in the most fantastic location. Joanna was a wonderful, welcoming host - friendly and helpful while not being intrusive. All in all, a fantastic place to stay.

Superb

Our stay was just perfect in every way (yes!....lucky enough to have fabulous weather too!) Even more lovely than expected and so peaceful with stunning views from bedrooms and lounge/large lounge balcony. Beautifully designed with a fresh nautical theme but not over 'done'. Spacious, airy and beautifully positioned for Sandgate to Hythe one way and Folkestone the other

Exceptional

This was a special trip for me and the host could not have been more welcoming. The apartment is lovely - large, light, very well kept and cleaned. The view is superb and what you see in the photos is only part of it. Perfect, restful and crucially very safe place to stay with lovely walks and loads to do in the area. Great info provided and everything you need. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks for a truly memorable trip. A special place run by lovely people.

Fantastic View

Top two floors of a very comfortable and charmingly decorated cliff-side Victorian villa. Spacious with excellent views, easily walkable to/from Folkestone and a friendly host. As you are toward the top of a cliff face, there are a fair few steps involved so not for the mobility impaired. But the climb is definitely worth the view.

Enjoyed my stay at Lookout Post

Had a fantastic few days at this beautiful accommodation. The amazing weather helped, which meant that we could enjoy having breakfast on the balcony in the morning and drinks as the sun was setting. The accommodation was spotless and beds and furnishings very comfortable. Joanna was a very helpful hostess. Highly recommend.

A lovely New Years getaway

A beautiful flat in a wonderful location. Amazing sea views and a well kitted out place to call home for a few days. The shower upstairs could do with upgrading as it’s temperature is very tricky, and the bath wasn’t very hot but the flat was hugely comfortable and we will hopefully return one day. A lot of space for two people but would be perfect for a larger group. Great selection of board games and music and just a lovely break away - thank you!

One of the best properties I have stayed in

Everything about my stay was over and above what I expected. The apartment was comfortable with breath taking views of the sea and the host was welcoming and friendly - we even received Christmas presents! An exceptional, top quality stay. We didn’t want to leave!
