All about location!! Great quiet beach. For the price I did expect higher end finishes. Travertine tile throughout and palatial master were nice. Quality of kitchen cabinets and wares and living room furniture were renter grade and lower than expected for the price. beach umbrellas and access to direct TV were appreciated. Manager great communication.

Beautiful property. Would highly recommend if you want the perfect views. Everything we needed was provided. If you have smaller kids, you will want to bring your own beach toys because this property is more for adults. I will be returning.

An absolutely beautiful location for a long weekend with family ( 50 year olds). A rare treat regarding location. Owner was incredibly responsive and allowed us to check in early. What could improve this experience:- provide bath soap/ shampoo/conditioner/ more than 1 roll of TP in each bathroom.- Third bedroom had two single cots- would benefit from a double/ queen bed - mouse droppings in kitchen cabinets- have cleaning crew do a quick vacuum before guests arriveAgain- a beautiful location with some simple upgrades would make this a EXCELLENT rental

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this property. Manasota Key is still recovering from the 2024 storms, but this house and property are in pristine condition. Views from every room are spectacular and the upstairs master is massive and super comfortable. Shelling at the property top-notch. The kids found dozens of shark teeth too. There is a reef structure not far off the beach teeming with little fish and some live coral. We’ll certainly be looking for this property again next time we stay in Manasota/Venice.

The home was just as it looks it was amazing the beach was right off the back steps. The ocean was blue and beautiful the shark tooth hunting was amazing we found 15,000 teeth and my brother and his wife found 14000. If you're looking to relax and enjoy the ocean snorkel shark tooth hunt lay on the beach this is the place you want to be the house is spacious the kitchen is big the rooms are comfortable the beds are the best I have ever slept in matter of fact I had to go buy one when I got home. I have not slept that good in 20 years. I will be booking my stay for next year thank you again for letting us enjoy your home it is amazing.

We had a great stay at the Manasota Key beach house. The home and property were as advertised, and everything was in order when we arrived. The check in and check out process was very easy. And most important, the Gulf views are terrific and you have direct access to a private section of the beach. We thought it was a great value and would stay at the house again.

Paradise found!

Pros:This home is beautifully maintained and it's in the quietest, most quaint area of the beach. The home was impeccably clean...cleanest vacation rental I've ever seen. Didn't see one bug all week either. We basically had the beach to ourselves. Found hundreds of shark teeth and unique shells and rocks. Quick and easy drive to Venice and Lemon Bay areas where we found lots of local artist-made souvenirs. Cons:There were a couple of minor maintenance issues (non-urgent), which we brought to the property manager's attention. My biggest complaint is that communication with the property manager was quite slow, sometimes 8-12 hours between messages. I wish there had been an emergency contact number posted prominently in the common areas of the home. If there had been a maintenance emergency, it would have taken hours for a response because we were forced to use the VRBO messaging app vs just making a phone call. This is the only vacation rental I've stayed in where a contact number wasn't posted prominently in the home. Those minor issues did not prevent us from having a wonderful ladies trip. We will absolutely stay here again and we highly recommend this property!
