Modern Loft in Historic Building. Free Parking!

This Historic and Newly Renovated Loft Apartment is a unique stay! Close to all Detroit’s attractions in the heart of the city and close to Hospitals. This Loft includes Free parking, wifi, coffee, water filter, Amazon fire stick with streaming ability, cookware, dishes, washer/Dryer combo unit that's great for longer stays also.

This Loft is centrally located but feels tucked away. 5 Min to downtown and in between midtown and new center.
Other things to note
Traveling to Detroit with family? Instead of lugging everything, we have partnered up with a BabyQuip Provider that provides traveling families clean, safe, and insured baby gear essentials. All of the gear you rent can be delivered prior to your arrival.

It was a very convient place to stay, easy booking and everything just went really well. Host was very nice although i didnt have to communicate much with him. As a frequent concert goer this is the spot lol super close to Qline. Will definitely stay here again! The apartment is cute as well. Wish there was more parking though lol as some people dont know how to share lol

Nice downstairs apartment near Wayne State. Room was clean and the host was responsive. I appreciated the security system on both the exterior door as well as the door to the apartment. For me, this was a lot better than a hotel room further away where I would have to pay for parking at WSU. Instead, I was able to ride my bike the short mile to campus

Wishing there was something besides decafe for the kuerig. Nice looking apartment. Close to the Q line. 15 minute walk to Detroit Institute of Arts, probably 30 minutes to Comerica Park. We went for a tigers game and to visit DIA. Enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was GREAT! Jon's place was beautiful and clean. There were already some spices there to use. It would have been nice to have some condiment packets to use but wasn't an issue. Loved the exposed brick in the apartment and inside the building.It was easy to navigate the area. We were in town for Tigers game. Getting to and from Comerica was super easy and quick! Don't be concerned when you view the apartment area on a map. I wasn't sure what to expect. Its an old industrial area where the old buildings are being turned into apartments/flats. We felt completely safe and had no issues. We even met a neighbor! Jon was great to work with! I would highly recommend staying here.

This loft was great! When I read it was a loft, I envisioned something tiny. It’s actually super roomy! It was a whole apartment. It has a king side bed and it was very comfortable. We were not able to get the wif/tv working but it didn’t impact our stay. The host responded quickly to our messages. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is no foot or car traffic in the area. It’s a rehabbed building in a location that seems to be under construction. A little lonely, but again, we were there to rest after a marathon. The expressway was next door and we could get downtown Detroit in less than 10min.
