This home has 5 private bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 Queen beds and 1 King bed. High-speed 5G WIFI is readily available throughout the home, along with two dedicated desk spaces for those needing to get work done.


Bedroom 1 – The King bedroom features marble candlelit corner lighting, a dedicated lounge & reading space with seating for two, a stylish Scandinavian West-Elm bed frame with a high-end foam mattress, and a 43” HD TV for guests to turn on at their leisure [Basement].

Bedroom 2 –The Zen room offers both a Queen bed and a dedicated desk-workspace. Designed with natural textures, soft earth tones, and rich wooden accents – it is the perfect space for both rest into for the evening, or to focus your attention for work during the day [Basement].

Bedroom 3 - This natural-themed bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen size bed, ceiling fan, and ample closet space. Includes a work desk with adjustable lamp and natural tones that create a relaxed environment [Main floor].

Bedroom 4 - This bedroom offers a cozy Queen size bed, large closet for personal storage, a 43” Smart TV, and stylish decor. Open your window shade to the colorful garden outside [Main floor].

Bedroom 5 - The terracotta room features a Queen size bed, a large standing mirror, a sizable closet, and ample drawer space for all your travel accessories and clothes [Main floor].

☆☆ BATHROOMS☆☆

You’ll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home. The two bathrooms come stocked with essential hygiene products, hotel-grade towels, and body lotion. Both showers carry dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.


☆☆ LIVING SPACE & DESK☆☆

The home has two main living spaces. The upstairs living room features a large sofa with comfy pillows, an accent rattan chair, and a large coffee table with stylish accent side tables, and a mounted 55 inch Smart TV equipped with Netflix/Prime video for your favorite movie or TV show needs. Entertain yourself with an abundance of books and popular board games stashed in the bookshelf.

The downstairs living room features a large sofa with comfy pillows and blankets, a brass-plated tulip dining tabletop, a kitchen peninsula with two barstools that overlook the remodeled kitchen, and comfortable floor pillows. Both spaces are stocked with puzzles, board games, and an eclectic assortment of novels.


☆☆ KITCHEN – DINING – LAUNDRY☆☆

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in one of the two fully stocked chef’s kitchen. The modern kitchens features granite countertops, modern stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and Cuisinart coffee maker with coffee & tea options included for every guest. We provide an assortment of spices, cooking oils, basic baking ingredients and a whole host of cooking utensils and gadgets. If we don’t have a specific tool in the kitchen, let us know and we will add it to the list.

We have two cozy dining tables. Each on their own can accommodate 4-8 guests. Whether you want to open your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, the space gives you everything that you need.

The home is equipped with two sets of modern laundry machines (washer & dryer). Guests will have access to detergent pods, dryer sheets, an iron with an accompanying board, and hanging racks.

The entire space plus amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home and consider our house your home base for the duration of your stay.

Medical visit

This location was perfect for our visit at Children's medical center. Your home was perfect. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the area as well as our medical visit. It's great to not have to eat out every meal. Kitchen was clean and everything we needed. Thank you for the use of your home.

I don't have anything bad to say about our stay! My friends and I needed a home to host our visit and we were all very pleased with our experience staying here. We all thought the property was very clean and nice looking!

Great house with wonderful host

This house was exactly as described and shown with wonderful extras like coffee and tea, laundry detergent, spices in the kitchen, and a great selection of pots and pans. The showers were stocked. Having two full kitchens and living rooms was perfect for our crew. Michael was so attentive with quick responses and even let us drop off bags early. Great weekend!

Colorado Sparkler Softball moms and daughters

We were a group of five mothers and five daughters in town for softball. The location of this house was perfect for us in relation to the fields and I would highly recommend. We loved being close to Central Park and walked in the mornings before heading out. We were close to highways and centrally located to Boulder, Downtown, Colorado Springs, and red rock amphitheater. There were shopping center within 5 min as well. The home had five bedrooms and was exactly as described and very clean. The double kitchens and laundry areas were amazing for us as we had plenty of space to cook for the girls for the week and launder the uniforms. Michael was amazing to work with. We had a hiccup on checkin and he quickly resolved that. He filled the propane for us immediately when we saw we were out and he was available for all our questions. Thank you so much Michael if we ever find ourselves in Denver again we will certainly look you up.

GREAT STAY - clean updated comfort!

All the home comforts provided with plenty of individual space for a group. Fully stocked kitchen. The cute backyard with mature trees, honeysuckle, and blooming lilies was a nice surprise. Games for the kids - they did two jigsaw puzzles. Great Host - overall GREAT experience!

Beautiful and Relaxing!

This was the perfect space for our family trip to Denver. The house was immaculate-- Beautifully and intentionally designed, decorated, and maintained. Not a detail was missed, which made the stay that much more relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time!

Fantastic vacation rental in Aurora!!!

This home was a fantastic vacation getaway for our family. The home is conveniently located in Aurora with easy access to the the freeway, restaurants, parks, and walking paths. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The basement area was effectively a separate living space where our in-laws could enjoy some some privacy during our stay. If we ever find ourselves needing a rental in Aurora again we will definitely be heading back here!

This home was perfect for our stay during the National Western Stock Show. House is spacious and kitchen is very well stocked! Parking for 4 vehicles is available in the driveway, if you have more than 4 vehicles, parking may be tricky as street parking fills up fast.

Great Place to Stay

This house is amazing and so comfortable and clean and cozy. It has two fully stocked kitchens, which was great. It had everything we needed and more. The backyard was perfect for grilling and having dinner outside. The house was perfect for our family gathering in Denver for a wedding. It was the perfect location and close to stores and the Stanley Marketplace was awesome. Michael was amazing with his communication and responded immediately to any questions that we had. We were very very happy with this booking and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this house to others !! Thank you Michael!!

"OMG It's so Cute"

Is what 5 adult men kept repeating over and over when they saw the house I booked for them while they attended a conference Downtown. They weren't disappointed. It is VERY CUTE and very clean! The house is inviting with the many colors and patterns, and two full kitchens plus plenty of living space was perfect for relaxing together or separately. The backyard was gorgeous with a sweet, tiny path to the garden. The location itself is close to walking/running paths and a few supermarkets, making their stay easy and convenient. Michael, the host, was nothing but lovely and accommodating. He answered every question I had almost immediately, AND he provides an extensive digital house guide. Which is honestly one of the most satisfying things to see as an event coordinator haha. 10/10 Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it. Thank you again for everything!

STAY HERE!!!!!!

Every year we take a family vacation... it is our ONE time every year to all be together to relax, eat together and go hiking (our favorite)!! It is something we save for all year, so it is a really special time for us. We had 8 adults this year and this house was perfect! Quiet neighborhood and the house was so clean!! OH and the beds were super comfortable! (Michael i need to know what they are and where you got them, please :)) There was plenty of room for everyone to come back from hiking, take showers, start cooking AND relax without being on top of each other. The kitchen was a big deal because my husband cooks big meals. This kitchen had anything and every single thing you would need! There is even a 2nd kitchen downstairs! There are books, games and 2 tvs (one upstairs and one downstairs). The precious backyard was an unexpected bonus! We would definitely stay here again!!! You wont be disappointed! THANK YOU so much Michael for being a wonderful host and helping make our vacation stress free!

Perfect for our family trip!

This was a wonderful spot! All the comforts of home for our family of 8. Plenty of space for sleeping and relaxing. Such comfortable beds, and it was extremely well-stocked with kitchen goods, books, games, blankets, linens. Michael was an excellent, responsive, and communicative host! We loved the proximity to Stanley Marketplace. The Hostfully digital guide was a great help, and the welcome basket was such a nice touch. Would 100% stay here again if we travel back to Denver.

Family Trip to Denver Area

The property was absolutely perfect. Plenty of off street parking for 3 full size pick up trucks, amazing outdoor space in the back for social time, sleeping space for our entire group in comfy beds. The entire home has been remodeled and updated with everything you would expect from a much more expensive rental. Pristine clean, well designed, and all the comforts of home. When we come back, this will be the first place we check for availability

The owner was very helpful when It came to figuring everything out. The house looks exactly like the photos, even better in person. It’s such a cute property with a very at home feel and you just feel the amount of time and love that went in to the place.

Wonderful stay

This was by far one of the nicest vacations rentals we've ever used. Easy check-in, good communication, well decorated, very comfortable. We cook all our own meals and this kitchen was very well stocked. Most rentals have one or two burnt pans and dull knives, this rental had more than enough to cook anything we wanted with nice quality kitchenware. The large fenced back yard is beautiful even in the winter and a safe place for our kids to play. Very happy with our stay, would stay again.

Amazing Experience!

Michael’s home is absolutely beautiful. The home is even better in person than the pictures show. He took every step to make the home comfortable which is so important when guests are staying away from their own homes. He thought of everything – comfortable beds and soft linens, bathroom accessories, an array of books, and all the high-end kitchen housewares stocked across both kitchens. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and close by to both the Downtown and airport. He shared a thorough guest guidebook with local recommendations and left us a small basket of housewarming gifts! We highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back in the future!
