• Breathalyzer vehicles, unsafe or modified controls, faulty brakes
• Large vehicles (sprinter vans, long vans, vehicles for 10+ passengers, anything taller than 6`8`)
• Dually trucks or wide service trucks with containers or lockers
• Vehicles lifted aftermarket or with oversized custom rims/tires
• Motorcycles or tricycles that do not have standard car-style controls

Please note that for all VRBO bookings we require a pre-authorized hold on your credit card of $300 as a security deposit for your stay. This will be charged 5 days before your check-out and will be released back to you 2 days after check-out given no damages to the property
- NO SMOKING of any kind
- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
