Everything you need for a beautiful sunny holiday!

Festive events, bachelor parties, noisy behaviour etc... are not allowed within the property. No noise after 10pm!!

-Rentals are for a minimum of 3 nights except July-August: 7 nights minimum

-Months open for rent: JUNE-JULY-AUGUST-BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER

-We live in an independent accommodation next to the house. The entrance to the property and part of the garden (vegetable garden) are shared. The house with the garden and the swimming pool are entirely reserved for you. We will take care of the maintenance of the swimming pool and the watering of the garden.
A fence separates the two sides so that everyone has their own private part and privacy.

Internet access: A Wi-Fi router will allow you to connect easily.

Out of respect for the neighbourhood, please make sure to respect the house rules, in particular no noise after 10pm.PGJyPg
- Our animals on site: A small dog, two cats and chickens.
If you wish to come with your pet, please make a request to us beforehand.

-Description of the house:

Once through the entrance, a spacious hall leads to a 1st bedroom designed for 2 to 4 young people, or even 4 adults: 2 single beds can be converted into double beds if necessary to obtain 4 beds.
The entrance hall also gives access to a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower with double sinks and separate toilets with sink.
It also leads to the living room-kitchen, a living room of about 40m2 & air-conditioned.
In the living room there is a TV, two sofas, a desk.
On the kitchen side, there is a fridge-freezer, an oven, a 5-burner hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a large practical sink and everything you need for breakfast, cooking and eating good food... A well-equipped kitchen that also leads to a laundry room where the washing machine is located.

Upstairs, you will find a 2nd air-conditioned bedroom, the master suite. This bedroom includes a bathroom with bathtub and sink, a closed toilet, a comfortable King size bed (180), a dresser and a TV.
Also upstairs, a 3rd air-conditioned bedroom with Italian shower and closed toilet, a Queen size bed (160), a small piece of furniture ''happiness of the day'' and a TV.
Finally on the landing a dressing room large enough to store all your personal belongings.

-Description of the exterior:
A total area of about 1200m2 in a quiet area bordered by a small stream. The garden is wooded, in particular by a beautiful lime tree in the entrance courtyard and in the shade appreciable for outdoor lunches.
Access to the swimming pool (8X4), right next to the entrance of the house is private and it is reserved only for tenants of the house. The access to the swimming pool is fenced for the safety of children.
Planted with palm trees and weeping willow, this place where it is good to stroll inspires idleness, relaxation, games....
The property is fully fenced and its entrance is secured by an electric gate.

Exchanges with guests:
Common areas: The entrance to the property (gate), the garden and the vegetable garden, we will cross paths briefly.
We will be on the left side of the property, in an accommodation independent of the house.
We will be happy to help you if necessary, for any questions or other services relating to the smooth running of your stay and we will also be able to show great discretion.
As described above, the house and the swimming pool are completely privatized for you.
However, we will take care of the outdoors during your stay, watering the plants, cleaning the swimming pool, watering the vegetable garden which is also open to you.
A quick word about our animals: Certainly see them pass you... We have the nicest little dog in the world that will certainly make you fall in love. 2 affectionate and very busy cats... A few curious chickens who may come to see what is going on inside the house through a kitchen windowsill...

Other information:
As it is our main residence, some cupboards or drawers may be locked.
