Nathalie and Wilfried will be delighted to welcome you to this comfortable 75 m² traditional village house, which can accommodate up to 8 people, near the Charnie forest.

On the ground floor, you will find a living area with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and its own shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a shower room with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a large bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), two single beds (90 cm), and a sofa bed for two people.
Located in the village center, the Petite Charnie forest, owned by the National Forestry Office (ONF), offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding. Many tourist attractions are worth discovering near this peaceful village, such as Sainte-Suzanne, a charming small town, the Saulges caves, and the Le Mans Automobile Museum.
Parking for one vehicle is available in front of the house.

Linen rental: €12 per person (extra charge).
Mandatory cleaning fee: €90 (€20 extra for pets). Please call approximately one hour before your scheduled arrival. There is no key box; Wilfried and Nathalie will welcome you.
