Have fun, with Caves road and famous wineries not too far away, your southwest holiday with family and friends is going to be fabulous.

Take time out, the north facing design makes the most of the surrounding bush environment, with spacious open plan living areas directly opening out onto the alfresco areas and manicured lawns beyond. Tranquil views can be enjoyed from every bedroom, which also all open directly to outside through sliding glass doors.

Great location

We’ve enjoyed spending the week there. The property was great, plenty of space inside and outside. The table tennis jept the kids entertained.The location was excellent, only 8-10’ away from Margaret River centre in a very quiet area. Close to the MTB traild and to Caves Rd.Definitely recommend it.

Perfect short break

The house is great, large enough for eight. This was our second stay at Kings Landing and we’ll come back again which is proof of how much we like this place. The house is clean and well equiped. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent especially the ensuite. The location is great, half way between town and the beach in a quiet bush setting. There are neighbours around but traffic is minimal.

Birthday getaway

We had a FABULOUS stay here for my birthday weekend. So much space for 4 of us, so peaceful and had everything you needed. Its location really makes you feel like you are secluded, but you’re not that far from anything. We loved it so much we were discussing staying here again with our partners sometime. Thanks for a great weekend!

Wonderful Stay

We travel down to Marg River twice a year and have stayed in a number of different houses, but this was by far the best. Property was very well maintained, everything was catered for, ample outdoor usage space and we could actually use the wifi! Cant wait to return for our summer stay. Thank you so much.

Home from home

Such a beautiful house, great location, so clean and so much to do. We had a wonderful wkened relaxing at the property and enjoying the huge garden and fire pit. Thankyou for such a perfect stay, we will definitely be back.

Glorious

Super relaxing stay and the house was fantastic. Very well appointmented and comfortable. All the beds and pillows were amazing and clean. The only thing I would suggest is anyone staying in the master bring eye masks to sleep with as the master doesn't have block out window coverings. Thank you for having us.

Nice location, needs a birthday

The photos painted a picture of extensive lawns and a modern high end property. The lawns are near completely dead, there was no mention that the Air Conditioning was Evaporative and not Refridgerated reverse cycle nor was there mention that it was broken. Other small things was the sandwich press hadn't previously been cleaned and was filthy, we ran out of toilet paper and there was no stockpile, one of the bins in the pantry was missing a leg and was always on a precarious lean, no locks on the toilet doors (i think they have been removed for some bizarre reason), the master bedroom door does not close properly, the outdoor wooden table is falling apart with rusty nails poking out and falling off and the slats on the table are not all secure, the vacuum hardly sucks dirt and was not emptied from previous stays. There seemed to be little cohesion in the cuttlery, crokery, glassware and cookware with an array of quality. Door stops or magnets on the doors would be handy to stop them from banging closed all the time. The location in Burnside was excellent with amazing wildlife that included kangaroos, birds and giant skinks that live under the wooden boards by the BBQ.

A serene, secluded getaway

A beautiful property - a hidden gem amongst the trees - we loved the peace and quiet (and the kangaroos that came to visit each evening!). Great location for visiting wineries and the booking process was seamless. Can’t fault the experience in fact it was our second stay at this property! Highly recommended.

Comfortable and spacious

Beautiful home in the Forrest

Fantastic house for a group of people that was set in a beautiful setting surrounded by the bush. Would’ve loved to have had a reverse cycle air con/heater there in case people were too cold to wait for the fire to heat the place. Everything else was fantastic though

Lovely property

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend here at Kings Landing. It’s set far enough away from town to be quiet but you’re only 10 minutes drive to the main strip for meals etc. the home itself has plenty of space, and everything you need. Would comfortably fit 6 adults. The only thing we needed to buy was tissues. The girls loved the table tennis and board games to play at night. We even had a few kangaroos visiting in the morning. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic Place

We had a fantastic week as a family at King's Landing. It poured all week but the huge living space and fire was a lovely place to spend our time inside. There was a great supply of chopped firewood with buckets of kindling to use. All the bedrooms are a good size and everything is very well maintained. The house is beautiful on a big block surrounded by trees, and its location is perfect - only a few minutes drive to town. There's a great walk from the house with a 'hidden' road down to the river, not far away. We'd definitely come back here, winter or summer.
