FIREPLACE SAFETY
The glass on the gas fireplace can get hot during and after use. Children must be supervised at all times when the fireplace is on or cooling down. Adults are responsible for ensuring that children do not touch or play near the fireplace. Please use with care. If the grill is used please be sure to use the metal bristle brush to clean the grating while it’s still hot.

OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS
We have 1 ring doorbell camera outside at the front door that monitors the front door and sidewalk for security purposes. The camera does record a 7 second video with audio when there is movement outside in front of it.
There is a storage building on the property about 50 yards behind the house that is rented to a third party. Occasionally the renter will be down there also.
