"Rooms were very nice with beautiful balcony. Lots of wildlife. The entertainment team was great. Pools were great too, quiet pool for relaxing and party pool for entertainment. Viridiana from the entertainment team was just the best. She made the trip so much more fun and special. Big shout out to her. Also Edith our server in the lobby and courtyard was wonderful as well! We really felt special. Highly recommend this resort"

"Overall experience was good but not great. Property is clean and well maintained, but a solid hour from the airport. Room was clean and well maintained but could use a facelift. Staff was nice, but not the best I’ve experienced. Food in restaurants was good for an all inclusive, not the best ever, but definitely better than most I’ve been to. Pool was good, but beach was pretty small. Unfortunately, the seaweed was the worst Ive ever seen in my life, to the point where even their cleanup efforts...

"The staff at check in and out could use some hospitality training - this is our 4th stay and this has never improved although overall service at the resort has significantly improved aside from this. The amenities and location are wonderful and it is a beautiful resort. The waiters at the beach were excellent as always and should be given a shout out including Victor, Juan and Edwin"
