Enjoy in quiet location of Zinnowitz the beauty and tranquility on the island of Usedom. Far from the bustle and stress of everyday life can be with us relax your mind, relax and feel good. The house is located at the forest between the Baltic Sea beach and backwaters. The sandy, white Baltic Sea beach with its 2 km long beach promenade is approximately a 15 minute walk through a mixed deciduous forest, or by bike in 5 minutes. The road in the vibrant center, with its restaurants, cafes, theater, cinema and many shops is not much further. We offer an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours to all parts of the island and in the neighboring Polish Swinoujscie. The developed bike and hiking trails make it easy for you to reach your destinations and explore the Eldorado of the island of Usedom. The miles of beaches on the island of Usedom invite you to swim and go for long walks. We offer our guests a comfortable Non smoking holiday house with 3 bedrooms, living room with dining area, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with toilet / shower and toilet / bath. On the sunny terrace, you can start the day with breakfast and end the evening with a glass of wine. 2 car parking spaces and a lockable garaging for your bikes are available for free at the holiday home.

House:
The 90 sqm holiday home on two floors has upstairs 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 x two single beds) and a bathroom with bath and toilet. On the ground floor there is a second bathroom with shower and separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, etc. On the large living area with dining and sitting area close to the spacious terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and the garden. The initial bed linen is included in the rent, towels are brought please.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 07:00 to 09:00.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Gepflegtes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Sauberkeit hervorragend. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. W-Lan vorhanden. Der persönliche Kontakt zur Verwalterin war sehr freundlich und man fühlte sich wohl. Sie war sehr sympathisch und für jedes Anliegen offen.

Ein toller Urlaub mit den Enkeln in Zinnowitz

Die zweigeschossige Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer, separater Küche und zwei Bädern war für uns fünf Personen ideal. Sehr gute Einrichtung, große Terrasse, alles was das Herz begehrt war vorhanden. Die Betreuung vor Ort (Dank an Frau Löppen) war vorbildlich und sehr freundlich. Wenn die Enkel wollen, wäre diese Ferienwohnung eine Option für einen Ostseeurlaub in den nächsten Jahren. Die Ferienwohnung können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Weit ab von der Ostsee

Objekt liegt ziemlich weit vom Ostseestrand entfernt zu Fuss mit Kindern gut eine halbe Stunde.Als ungeübter Fahradfahrer war es durch den recht steilen Weg zum Strand auch nicht viel einfacher.Das Ferienhaus an sich war für zwei Fam.angenehm geräumig.Küche war mit allem was man bei Selbstverpflegung benötigt bestens ausgestattet. Das größte Manko aber war bei diesem Urlaub das fehlende Internet.WLAN gab es im Haus nicht und bei den mobielen Daten gab es meistens keinen oder nur sehr schlechte Empfang. Es währe sehr wünschenswert wenn der Vermieter einen WLAN Router installieren würde.
