Enhanced Cleaning

Dale & Debbie have committed to a 5-step enhanced cleaning process—a set of standards developed in partnership with experts.

Overnight With Us LLC - 808 - Unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, family friendly with patio & private fenced backyard and garage.

This unit has a master queen sized bedroom and private bathroom located on the floor. The master bedroom also has a hide-a-bed plus a office desk and chair. The other 2 Queen sized bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit up six stairs. There is a double sink with a tub shower combo that is commonly shared by the two bedrooms.

The gourmet kitchen has herbs/spices/coffee and all the necessary items needed to prepare and serve your favorite home cooked meals.

The living room has a large leather sectional, a reclining chair and a accent chair. A 55" smart TV is set up with a Blu-ray DVD player and Free Netflix for your enjoyment.

You can also watch the sunrise from the dining room and see the beautiful night time views of the Yakima city lights with easy access to the freeway or downtown Yakima. We have furnished the home with comfortable furnishings that blend nicely with the architecture and encourage relaxation. Everything that you might need for a pleasant stay has been provided. From the fully equipped kitchen including dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and spices to the free Netflix movies on the 55” smart TV. Now it’s time to relax and enjoy. Close to shopping, restaurants and all of the attractions that the Yakima Valley has to offer. Must climb stairs to enter this duplex home.

The home was perfect for our stay! Plenty of room, kitchen was great for cooking (had everything we needed). We used the outdoor grill and nice to have coals readily available. The linens were top quality and having a garage was so nice! Definitely would stay here again if ever in the area.

Nice duplex in Yakima.

The duplex is very large and roomy. It is in a very nice neighborhood and is close to almost everything you might need. It was clean and very comfortable. I would have given it a five star except there was an ant infestation that prevented us from using the kitchen for food preparation. The owners need to hire an exterminator for this issue to keep the ants off the kitchen counters and out of the refrigerator. Other than that one minor discomfort, we had a very nice and comfortable time at this home.

Thanksgiving birthday surprise party

We were visiting our kids who live in Yakima for thanksgiving and our son’s 30th surprise party. They live a couple of streets over so this home was convenient but it was also warm and comfortable. Our hosts were helpful and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us who traveled to enjoy the festivities.

A great place to stay in Yakima

This was a lovely place to stay with family. There were three rooms, making it perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen was well stocked with tools to cook or bbq, and there is a nice patio out back. The AC kept the temperature very comfortable. We found the location perfect for getting to the river for a walk or going to various wineries in the area.
