Inside, the bright open living space opens to a private balcony with sweeping mountain views, perfect for coffee at sunrise or relaxing après-adventure!

BEDROOMS
This condo features 2 bedrooms plus a cozy bunk nook, comfortably accommodating families or groups of up to 8 guests. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs for entertainment.

Primary Bedroom – Relax in the king-sized bed of the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Plush bedding and comfortable design create a serene retreat after a day on the slopes or exploring town.

Second Bedroom – This bedroom features queen bunk beds, perfect for kids or friends. The bathroom is conveniently located just across the hall.

Bunk Nook – A twin-size bunk bed nook provides additional sleeping space, ideal for kids or extra guests, while keeping the layout open and airy.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 full bathrooms in this condo. The primary en suite is attached to the king bedroom, while the second bathroom is conveniently located across from the queen bunk bedroom. Both are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your comfort.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight of the condo, featuring modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare a quick snack or a full meal. Whether you’re making breakfast before hitting the slopes or cooking a family dinner, this kitchen has you covered.

The dining area flows seamlessly into the living room, creating a bright, open space. The condo has comfortable seating and a TV, making it perfect for relaxing evenings, game nights, or planning your day.

•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
✔️No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door
✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
✔️No Pets Allowed
✔️We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!
✔️ If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
✔️ Please be sure to hang the pool/clubhouse keycard on the coat rack in the hallway. Misplaced key cards will result in a $50 replacement fee
