No matter what time of year you visit, you’ve chosen the perfect home base for Winter Park adventures. This updated condo is located right in downtown Winter Park, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, cafés, and shopping. In the warm months, you can also walk to the Fraser River Trail, as well as many other trailheads. In the winter, there’s a bus stop right outside the building, offering free rides to whisk you up to the ski area. Onsite amenities will spoil you as well, with indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a heated indoor pool, and a picnic area.

At home, the open floor plan lives large, offering plenty of room to spread out. The full, well-equipped kitchen features all the appliances and a standalone island/breakfast bar for prep and mealtime. After a day of hiking or skiing, relax on the leather sofa while you enjoy the latest release streams on TV. Soak under the stars in the outdoor hot tub before bed, and call it a night in the comfy bedroom - another day of adventures awaits tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good stay, just a few things to fix

Overall a good stay. Clean, comfortable, and a great location to things to do and places to eat in town. There were a few things that we weren't too happy about - we weren't able to use the fireplace, which is one of the main reasons we booked this place, the heat was blasting the entire time to the point we had to keep windows open in February and we weren't able to turn it down, and the pool/laundry/hot tub facilities were a hike away from this unit.

Ok stay but a few disappointments

I didn't appreciate we couldn't have a fire in the fire place... did I miss that on the listing? Also, there was no can opener which was a real inconvenience...kitchen supplies were very limited. We always like the location of this complex but a little disappointed with this unit.

Clean and Tidy

This place was in a GREAT location with walking distance to "downtown" Winter Park. Not even a half mile to the Rendezvous Event Center and plenty of restaurants within same walking distance. The condo was clean and neat. It is small, though - I recommend it for just two people who are good at sharing space.
