2 bedroom family condo lots of amenities on free town shuttle!

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath sleeping 6 - is bright and inviting with spectacular views of the surrounding forest from the 2 private decks on the second floor of the building. It is located just minutes from downtown Winter Park and approximately 3 miles from the Winter Park Resort. The free lift shuttle bus service stops in front of the complex for easy access to ski area and downtown – making for a great ski vacation rental.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is 1029 square feet and has an open floor plan with new hardwood flooring throughout and the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, counter tops, ,tile flooring and breakfast bar to seat 4. This is a second level entry with elevator access from parking to building level only, with 2 flights of stairs to access the unit.

The living room has a gas burning fireplace, 45” flat screen HDTV that can be enjoyed from the large sectional couch and is adjacent to the dining area. Step out on to the private deck with beautiful views of the surrounding forest and neighborhood. No air conditioning.

The master bedroom is large and has a Queen bed and private deck and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is great for the kids with double bunk bed down and twin up and access to the large private deck and access to the hallway bathroom. There is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Additional amenities in unit include free WI-FI.

Amenities on property: Complex is close to downtown Winter Park on the free town shuttle, indoor pool and hot tubs, dry sauna; small workout room, yoga room, large game room and paid laundry facilities. Free covered parking in the open garages.

Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay. Please see our website for more specifics for housekeeping and safety in our rentals.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Ski trip lodging

Space was as described and plenty for our family of 5. Linens and bathrooms were low quality. There were no extra sheets for the pull out upon arrival but the management company delivered that evening upon contacting them. The unit was mostly clean but the couch had dog hair on it. It was nice to have the indoor pool, hot tub and arcade in the building. The free shuttle was right outside the building and a nice perk to not have to walk far or drive with our ski gear. Overall it was fine and no real issues and worked well for our short ski trip.
