We do not allow access to the lounge area or the theatre. It’s off limits.

We Do not allow parties of any kind. Should you be found having a party you will be evicted from the building without a refund and reported to Airbnb for breaking of the rules.

We ask that you respect the neighbours and keep the volume down between the hours of 11pm and 8 am. This includes on the balcony. Should security need to come to the unit due to loud noise, excessive people, or any party atmosphere you will be evicted and no refund.
