Guests can enjoy the garden, off-road parking, and free WIFI. Its convenient Lake District location makes it an ideal base for exploring Cumbria.

The Space:
Rosemount can be found in the heart of the iconic Lake District town of Windermere, offering a spacious Victorian town house experience. With eight comfortable en-suite bedrooms spread over four floors, this family retreat caters perfectly to groups of up to 16 guests.

Upon arrival, enjoy convenient off-road parking for up to six vehicles.

Starting from the uppermost floor, Rosemount features a super king-size bedroom with an en-suite bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. There are two king-size bedrooms complete with en-suite walk-in showers, basins, heated towel rails, and WC’s.

On the second floor you will find a super king bedroom complete with a four-poster bed and large bay windows, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, all with en-suite walk-in showers, basins, heated towel rails, and WCs.

The final bedroom located on the ground floor, hosts a four-poster king-size bedroom with an en-suite bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC.

Additionally, on the ground floor you will be met by the inviting sitting room boasting comfortable seating, a large bay window, and a Smart TV for relaxation after a day of exploration.

From there, head downstairs to the open-plan living space, features a crackling wood burning stove, generous sofas, a large Smart TV, and a spacious dining area. The shared family bathroom on this level features a spacious Villeroy and Boch bath with shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook a home meal or enjoy a light breakfast before heading out to explore the Lakes. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, the room hosts ample seating for all. For those looking to indulge in enjoying the undivided attention of a personal professional chef, there is a small catering kitchen that is accessible to all.

A convenient utility room is situated on the basement level to ensure all culinary needs are met with ease.

On sunny days, head out the floor to ceiling glass doors off the dining area to reach the rear garden and fire up the barbecue for al fresco dining at the charming picnic tables. Relax in the newly installed hot tub and embrace the serenity of the Lake District.

Explore nearby shops and pubs, or venture further afield to discover the stunning landscapes of the Lake District National Park, all within easy reach from this exceptional holiday home.

Guest Access:
The property features eight bedrooms, each with Smart TVs and en-suite facilities. Additionally, it offers a family room, open-plan living space, kitchen, utility room, and sitting room. Amenities include central heating, a range cooker, 10 Smart TVs, WIFI, and an Amazon Echo Plus. Off-road parking for six cars, a rear garden with astroturf, picnic tables, and barbecue are also available. Bed linens and towels are provided for all guests.

We’re pleased to share that a convenient tap has been installed at Rosemount, perfect for washing your pets after a day of exploring! As of October 2024, pets are welcome at the property for a small token fee. Please let us know in advance how many pets will be joining you.
