Entire Ground Floor Full Privacy Family-friendly Popular to Ferry-catchers

The entire ground floor of a two- storied house with two stylish and spacious bedrooms in a great suburb is your home away from home. It's completely private with private access and 2 off-street car parking areas. My guests were from all over the world. The locals booked for training courses at Porirua, kid's game at Tawa, watch match at Sky Stadium, and catch a ferry to South Island. My place is family friendly and popular to the relocaters and ferry catchers. Long-term stay welcomed. Enjoy free Netflix.

The space
The place is located at a quiet cul de suc of Churton Park. You have a private deck to sit and relax and enjoy birds chirping and wandering. The front garden will leave some impression in your mind on a sunny day. There are two designated off-street car parking spaces. Parking on the street is free, too. Continuous hot water supply, smart tv at the living area, fresh air by HRV, and comfy and dry stay for double glazed doors and windows.

Guest access
Two bedrooms that have 2 queen, 1 double bed, and 1 sofa bed; a private bathroom with bathtub and infinity hot water supply, a kitchenette with all the kitchen appliances such as fridge, microwave, air fryer etc., cutleries and utensils. You can cook food with an electric hot plate. Enjoy the smart tv in the living area. The living area has 2 more sofa beds that can accommodate two adults. In total, 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 3 single sofa beds. Total guests can be 9. Infants are not counted towards guests.

Other things to note
There is no camera on the ground floor to breach privacy, but we have a surveillance system at the upper level where guests have no access. One bedrooom has a heat pump, and the other bedroom has only a heater but sufficient to keep the room warm as the ranching door is double glazed. Longer term stay is welcome. Kitchenette and the living area have a heater, too.
