The Space:

Enjoy the huge living room with endless amounts of natural light coming through the windows. This is the perfect spot to settle in with a good book on the couch or simply watching your favorite show or movie on tv. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a twin XL, which is the same length as a king or queen. The living room also has a very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa making the entire property capable of comfortably sleeping five people.



Guest Access:

***Please note that the entrance is on the LEFT SIDE of the house. There is a wifi enabled smart lock at the entrance for 24 hour access.



The Neighborhood:

Less than a 15 minute walk to 2 metro stops: Crystal City and Pentagon City. 10 minute drive to Reagan Airport.



Getting Around:

Free off street parking. Single car parking space is located directly in front of the house. No parking pass needed. If you have more than one car, then a parking pass can be provided for the car that needs to park on the street.



Other Things to Note:

Airbnb entrance is on the left side of the house, and NOT the front door of the house.



There is a $1,000 fine for any sign of smoking in addition to cost to replace any damaged items. There is a $1,500 fine for partying, including large number of unauthorized guests and sustained elevated noise. All unapproved late checkouts will incur a $25 per hour fine.



Interaction with Guests:

We allow guests complete privacy but are available with phone or text for any emergencies.
