Bedroom 1 is the suite — double bed, air conditioning, clothing rack and blackout blinds. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a clothing rack, air conditioning and sea views. The living room has air conditioning and an enclosed balcony with lounge chairs and views over the Jockey and the sea.

The kitchen is equipped for daily use: stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, blender, sandwich press and full utensils. Cold and natural water filter included. Itaparica bus terminal and Vila Velha bus station are a 5-minute walk away, with connections across the Greater Vitória area. Direct access to Rodovia do Sol for car travel.
