We recommend your own vehicle, but there are Uber and various other transport options with the Vista Transit Center (Sprinter Rail & Bus Station) is just a few minutes away, connecting you to Oceanside, Carlsbad, and San Diego.

This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

● Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per pet.
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than TWO (2) animal, no larger than 20 pounds
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)

We offer a 240V EV charging outlet; however, guests are required to bring their own charging cables and adapters. This outlet has been successfully used by guests with Tesla, Rivian, Ford EV, and Chevy EV vehicles.

➣ Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):

- For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
- Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

➣ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking
➣ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.
➣ No parties or events allowed
➣ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information
➣ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➣ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
➣ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
➣ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
➣ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
➣ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property

➣ Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

- No more than two animals
- Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
- Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated

➣ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos
➣ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
➣ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week
➣ Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for
any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits,
reschedules, or exceptions will be provided
under any circumstances.
➣ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
➣ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding

Beautiful Accommodations! :)

We were in town for our daughter's college graduation. This place is nice! To start, the staff's communication is excellent! Everyone was quick to answer my questions! So thank you for that! Next, the location was great! The coded doors and gated parking provided added security, which we appreciated! Next, the suite was beautiful! I love the updated decor and the cleanliness of the space! The beds were super comfortable! My husband, son, and I discussed this throughout our stay! And the rain showerhead in the shower was an added treat! I also love that they made supplies available in the communal supply closet. The last thing we wanted to do was inconvenience anyone at all hours, so being able to access those items 24/7 was perfect! Also, the food locations nearby were good! Jackson's was our favorite and so DELICIOUS! Lastly, being that the building is surrounded by concrete and asphalt, if you bring a pet, please note they have a small area for your pet to relieve themselves consisting of landscape rocks underneath the outside stairs. There is no designated grassy or astroturfed pet area available on site. I shared my ideas, hoping they'd consider them in the future. They were very kind and considerate of my suggestions. All in all, the hospitality and suite were on point. Beautiful accommodations and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Alan & Pam, for providing a great place! :)

Close to SoCal soccer complex

We stayed here during SurfCup soccer tournament. It was super easy to get to the fields & close to Carlsbad & Oceanside. The little town of Vista is super cute as well. The place was perfect for 4 of us. Property was just as listed. The best part was how quickly the property managers replied. They were great to deal with.
