Spectacular Home Near Zion with Pool and Hot Tub

This amazing home is located 10 minutes from the west entrance to Zion National Park and 30 minutes from St. George, Utah. The home is located in Virgin, Utah in a new development---Sierra Bella Estates. The home was featured in the Washington County 2010 Parade of Homes.

The development borders BLM land so there are plenty of trails for mountain biking, hiking and riding ATVs literally in your back yard. World-class mountain biking trails, like Gooseberry Mesa, are only minutes away. Other activities only minutes away, include over a dozen golf courses, Zion National Park, horse back riding, boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking, snow skiing, and outdoor theater. After a fun day of activities, you can relax in the pool and large hot tub, and enjoy the majestic scenery and star-filled nights.

Other notable attractions in the area, include: Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon, and Lake Powel which are all within a two hour drive.

The variety of outdoor activities, the peace and quiet of the area, and the beautiful scenery will keep you coming back to enjoy this unique Southern Utah getaway.

Relaxing getaway

Our experience started well before we arrived. Carol was extremely responsive and helpful in providing some pre-stay information regarding local fishing, restaurants, etc. We love to eat local! The house exceeded our expectations, room for all 6 of us to relax and have our own space. It was a bonus having some left over snacks & condiments available and we definitely tried to add to the stash. The pool & spa was the highlight, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of Utah in the heat of summer. We highly recommend!

Close to Zion

The house was perfect for our family group. Plenty of space, lovely pool, clean and big kitchen for cooking. It was easy to get to Zion in the morning and really nice to relax by the pool at the end of the day.

The house is lovely, just as all the pictures show, and the descriptions. Clean, comfortably and the owners very responsive. The handle on sliding door broke and they had someone come right away the next day to fix it.The outdoor area, pool and hot tub were perfect after a day of exploring. Located in a nice area, easy to get to different places in and around Zion NP. Perfect house for a group, highly recommend!

Fantastic house and pool

Fantastic and spacious house with an awesome pool and hot tub near Zion and other parks. We've spent a week here with family and friends, and all loved the place. The kids spent every morning and evening in the pool, and during the day we explored Zion, Bryce and other nearby parks. Great location, beautiful surroundings, spacious, neat and clean. Would definitely come again.
