Welcome to Apartment Ráfol, where you can experience the unique flavour of Vilanova i la Geltrú's Rambla Principal. This luxurious apartment is nestled in the lively Mediterranean atmosphere, providing an ideal escape to dive into Catalonia's cultural richness in the Barcelona province.



Situated on the first floor, Apartment Ráfol boasts elevated views of the picturesque Rambla, and the quality french doors ensure tranquillity amidst the lively atmosphere below.



Upon entering, a thoughtful welcome station greets you, complete with a comprehensive home manual with local insights and personalised recommendations.



The main hallway leads to an elegant living room with calm lighting, soothing colours and textures. Two comfortable sofas invite you to relax and enjoy one of the many books on offer or watch your favourite programme on the large smart TV. A quality workstation and strong internet connection also allow you to mix a little business with pleasure when required.



A sunny dining area and luxurious kitchen overlook the private designer patio with outdoor dining area and water feature. An idyllic setting for al fresco dining or savouring a bottle of locally crafted Penedès wine



The high-quality kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and has ample worktop space so, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need.



Come evening, retreat to two inviting bedrooms, each offering comfort and cleanliness. The master suite boasts a comfortable double bed, a large closet and private balcony. The main bedroom connects to a beautiful, designer bathroom with double hand basins and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a comfortable 140cm double bed and a single bed above with lamps and a small closet.



Freshen up in the thoughtfully equipped and modern bathrooms, both of which feature essential toiletries and fresh towels for your convenience.



A short 15-minute stroll down the Rambla leads you to the marina, where a captivating seafront promenade awaits together with beautiful sandy beaches. There is also a large indoor market just around the corner where you’ll find the freshest ingredients and a range of local delicacies and, on Friday and Saturday, there are outdoor markets.



Moreover, a mere 10-minute walk to the train station offers easy access to nearby Sitges (a mere 5 minutes away), as well as Barcelona and Tarragona (just 50 minutes away), promising endless adventures in Catalonia's diverse landscapes and vibrant culture.



Water sports enthusiasts will find bliss in nearby facilities offering windsurfing, surfing, and kayaking, while horse riding and mountain hiking await in the scenic surroundings. Alternatively, indulge in jet ski or boat rentals at the stunning Vilanova marina.

The apartment forms part of a quiet residential build that offers views over the Rambla. Guests must always follow the community rules and be respectful to the neighbours.



Before making your reservation, please note the following to ensure your safety and that of the property:

The main guest must complete a brief verification process.

A credit card pre-authorization of 500€ is required. No funds will be held or charged as long as there is no damage to the apartment. The pre-authorization is automatically canceled 10 days after check-out. A processing fee of 10€ applies, and we use a specialized company called Truvifor this process.

In Catalonia, property owners are legally required to collect information from all guests, including minors, and submit it to the local police within 24 hours of check-in.

All guests aged 17 and over must pay a tourist tax of 1€ per person per day, up to a maximum of 7€ per person.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

When using the air conditioning or heating, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning / heating when you go out. Please do not set the temperature of the air conditioner below 25 degrees or if you are using the heating, please do not set over 23 degrees.
