The newly renovated apartment is located in an Art Nouveau building in Vienna's historic Alsergrund district, just 50 meters from the U6 Nußdorferstraße underground station and a 10-minute direct tram ride to the city center.
The apartment has free WiFi, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It also has underfloor heating.
Cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket are within a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

Hairdryer, soap, towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.
Guest access:
After booking, the guest will receive an access code for the front door as well as the apartment door.
A guest app provides all the important details about the accommodation and the surrounding area.
Other things to note:
The connection is very good. The subway station Nußdorferstraße is only a minute's walk from the apartment. There are also several tram stations in the immediate vicinity, which lead directly to the city center.
