Nice apartment managed by Belcanto Villas for tourist rental, located on the first floor with a beautiful panoramic terrace.
It is located in Viareggio, in the residential neighbourhood called ex Airfield, 300 meters away. from the pine forest.
The access road to your accommodation is very quiet and all the services are nearby: children's playground, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, greengrocer, supermarket, bus stop... The car can be parked for free on the street.
The 4-storey condominium has an elevator. On the first floor, there is our apartment, with a terrace overlooking the green school garden.

Our opinion: nice apartment, in a quiet condominium near the pine forest, from which you can easily reach the sea. Suitable for a family with two children or a group of friends who love nature, the pine forest and the sea. But also the nightlife of Viareggio's Liberty promenade, which is only 1,700 meters away, can be easily reached by bicycle.

In Viareggio there is a long beach of fine white sand, which invites pleasant walks from the mouth of the Serchio river (to the south), up to Massa and Carrara, passing without interruptions through Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi.
On the beach, there are equipped bathing establishments with paid access and services of umbrellas, deckchairs, cabins, restaurants, swimming pools... On average, an umbrella with two deckchairs costs from €25.00 per day. But there is also a free beach, with free access and bathing: the most famous is the Lecciona beach.
Just 300 meters from your accommodation there is the Levante pine forest with children's playgrounds, inflatables, table football, trampolines...
At just 1,700 m. there is the Viareggio promenade, the centre of nightlife and shopping. But also the western pine forest with a beautiful pedestrian avenue surrounded by greenery, full of attractions for the little ones.

A few km. to the south is Torre del Lago Puccini which overlooks Lake Massaciuccoli (an oasis where you can go on pleasant boat excursions), with its famous open-air theatre named after Giacomo Puccini, and the house museum where the Maestro wrote some of his most famous works.
The Puccini Festival takes place in July and August: you can attend performances of Puccini's famous operas in the open-air theatre on the lake.
For mountain lovers, a few km. there are the Apuan Alps, with paths, refuges and peaks (over 2,000 metres) from which to admire breathtaking views.

- Pisa: Piazza dei Miracoli and Leaning Tower.
- Viareggio: the liberty seafront, the long beach and the pine forest
- Forte dei Marmi: the most fashionable clubs, the big fashion brands, the exclusive clubs
- Pietrasanta (known as “Little Athens”): art, good food and fun.
- Lucca: the city of 100 churches, surrounded by 4 km of perfectly preserved medieval walls.
- Florence: the cradle of the Renaissance, art, culture and good food.
- Cinque Terre: a unique route in the world between villages overlooking the sea

Parking is free in this street and in the adjacent ones, which is still very rare for the city of Viareggio.

Apartment for 4 guests (1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room).
The living room has 2 sofas, smart TV, air conditioning and large French doors leading to the terrace.
The bedroom has a large window and a large wardrobe, a TV, and air conditioning.
The eat-in kitchen (with table for 4) also has access to the terrace and is equipped with induction burners, extractor hood, fridge, freezer and all the necessities for cooking.
The bathroom has a window, shower and bidet.
The terrace overlooks the greenery: excellent for relaxing in the cool.
